I’ve seen so many people say this was their first Thai BL and what got them into the BL world, but for me it was different. The first Thai drama I ever watched was F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers. Back then, I wasn’t even a big fan of BL dramas. But somehow, I slowly got into BL… and after a whole year of watching so many of them, I finally came back to watch 2gether: The Series. I haven’t even finished it yet, but I already understand why so many people call it their favourite. In my opinion, it’s not the best BL I’ve ever watched — but it’s definitely one of the best. And here’s the craziest part… even though I watched F4 before this, I genuinely did not remember that Win Metawin was one of the F4 boys 😭🙏 I only realised yesterday and I was SHOCKED. I can’t even imagine how Bright and Win fans must have felt watching F4 after loving them in 2gether. That must’ve been insane. So I guess in a way, I’m kind of lucky I watched F4 first — because now everything feels like a full-circle moment.
