Just finished Saki (drama) and enjoyed it. Not so much as the anime but thought it was because I already knew the plot. This made me want to do a quick comparison between my scores between shared anime and drama.
Of course, the results are limited because if an anime or drama was poor I would be unlikely to take up their counterpart in the other format. Then also because I usually move from anime to drama and rarely the other way around so the enjoyment might be reduced because I already know the plot...
To get a rough idea of my favoured format it might be useful to compare my global scores for the two formats since I evaluate them similarly. I currently average 7.12 for anime but MDL doesnt have statistics yet so I would have too add every show manually. I have watched too many that waiting for statistics to be implemented would probably be quicker.

god ive watched too many drama/animes. this will take forever. maybe one day someone will build an algorithm to compare...
what happened here? subs were like so fast initially and i actually went from skeptical to quite enjoying the show. then suddenly no subs for 5 weeks? lol
its really kinda gone stale huh? great idea and first couple episodes were a good pace and all of a sudden it doesnt really matter whether they did repeat or not huh? the mysteriousness of the time slip is completely casted away...
not sure how good the drama itself is...
