not really. she abetted him in all his crimes and even hid evidence from the police, so she needs to be in jail.
also, the video clearly showed that she damaged a corpse. that is also jail.
no it was not romantic. there was little to no romance throughout the drama anyway. and if there was romance she also should have been punished for not declaring conflict of interest. but this i dont have a major issue with because clearly there was no romance in this drama.
technology nowadays is more than sufficient to recover such a simple video that was simply deleted. furthermore, for a murder case it would have been quite necessary to identify where it was sent from and if there are any other copies. that was a terrible cop out to make the ending "happy" for the more simple minded people.
