I think one of the reasons it was so goo because I thought it was going to be another of those terrible hk movies where u just watch the girl (angelababy) move around in a swimsuit. But wow it was good! Maybe I spout it abit by removing the surprise that it is so good. But definitely worth watching!!! I teared too. Lol

I have only ever watched a few Bollywood movies. They were often quite interesting. Since it was on tv and it was a conscious thought to stay on the channel. But that was at least ten years ago. Maybe fifteen.
I've never seen dramas from south Asia tho.

Not really I have a few kdrama I've watche as u can see from my list. I just prefer Japanese and Taiwanese. I like their culture more. I like the language itself more. Japanese is a very polite and soothing language. And Taiwanese Mandarin is a very colloquial and friendly form of Mandarin. Whereas Korean I find very rash and rude. It's not very pleasing to the ears. Also. They tend to like to scream shout ad abuse each other. And when they aren't they are crying usually for the tiniest things. It's not even touching. Whereas Japanese an Taiwanese dramas for me can be touching even when they are not crying. That's just me.

But I've watched a few kdrama def and some have been good.

Yes that happens to me all the time so at least right now I'm trying to not watch anything and only watch something that is still airing do I'm restricted to one episode a week.
I don't have good control. I'll be watching an episode a day but at some threshold it will get too exciting and I'll watch it all in a row and my real life be screwed.

It used to be fine in undergrad where I could adjust and time manage but in med school there is no such thing as time and I should really be studying non stop. Sigh.

I will be keeping an eye on you. 8)
