Title Good Doctor
After watched Yong Pal, it gave me strenght to finished this. Good drama, but for me it could have less medical cases and show more about Shi On story itself. Moon Chae Won acting is always good... but Joo Won totally slayed.. I got myself asking how he could play two characters so different, even his voice. Good job!

Title Yong Pal Spoiler
I have to say this drama is nothing I imagined it was.
I felt like we had two stories. Until the middle, we had a story that for me had a similar vibe to Healer, which I liked very much. I was thinking it had such a great potencial, "how I didn't watch this before?", and the second part was about Yeo Jin and her revenge.
I enjoyed the story overwall, but Yong Pal's story could be so much more explored. I feel like they forgot the drama was about him as the drama got the revenge theme. It had a nice storyline, but I wished they had explored more the fact that he was doing something illegal, he could get caught... something like this... I don't know, but it could've been more intense.
I think it was the first time I saw a female lead that was not all good, but also not evil. I think it was interesting, but I could not like her very much because I felt she was trying to control him sometimes. The male lead was in charge to be the good person, and I think Tae Hyun character maybe the most forgivable person in kdrama story. Not complaining, I liked his concept.
I didn't know Joo Won before, he is very good. He has nice expressions and this role suits him well. The gangsters were my favorites of all drama, especially that Boss.
I don't think I will rewatch because I wished it was different... so much potential. It could be my favorite drama, but somehow, went to another way.
But it is very enjoyable. If you like dramas as Healer, Mask, Innocent Man... or medical dramas it is a nice watch.

I loved him in The Guardians! I hope he gets a prize for best acting of something lol seriously, one of the best actings I've ever seen... This drama left me wanting season 2 (not common on kdramas though) I hope to see him in more roles!

I think a lot of Jdramas have stories about workplace! Dame na Watashi ni Koishite Kudasai (restaurant and office), Totsuzen Desu ga, Ashita Kekkon Shimasu (journalist), Boku, Unmei no Hito desu (office). I think all these 3 are very good dramas :)
But I often watch law and medical dramas because they are more popular. However, I love office scenario because the story is not too imature. But I think spoiled CEO can be really boring all the time.

cute drama, I like the chemestry between the leads. The story got a but draggy but it was fun.
I saw Yoo Yeon Seok in Romantic, Teacher Kim, this kind of "good boy" suits him very well... he is so charming... This character was spoiled and immature at the beggining but a nice person. I also liked Kang So Ra, she was very funny, also she was strong and talked her feelings. That girl, Ji Won, I hated her so much... got on my nerves.
This drama is underrated. I saw a lot of worst dramas getting more recognition. A very nice watch if you want something romantic but without terrible tragedies and evil people.

As a huge fan of Criminal Minds, I was worried about this drama. I think they kinda of mixed a few personalities…
Wow! I didnt now Castle had 10 seasons :O I think I dropped at 6... but was a really good criminal drama, really different from others. I think I just couldnt wait more for the story. I've never watched Bones before, so no opinion about it.
I used to love western tv shows... I wonder why asian dramas are so much better to my eyes now. Not just the short story but also, everything is atractive. Asian dramas with some kind of mystery always got me hooked. I love romance genre, but every now and then I pick a crime/ law.
GoT, I took a break... maybe I will watch everything at the end? About netflix productions... Black Mirror was the last one I watched and really enjoyed. All the others ones I ended up dropping... I always think they are missing something.

After I started kdramas it is hard for me to keep american shows... I just watch Criminal Minds, and sometimes a new series that appears here and there, but I used to love crime and mystery tv shows. I used to love Castle but dropped. I think one of the reasons is too many seasons about the same story... the shows end up draggy. Maybe for me kdramas are easy to follow because they are shorter, so the story has to develop faster. But this korean Criminal Minds are good for my expactations, so far

As a huge fan of Criminal Minds, I was worried about this drama. I think they kinda of mixed a few personalities of the original show (which I liked it) and created the new characters: the genius doctor and the computer girl are very similar, but the others not too much. I like Chae Won a lot, so I hope to see a great work here.
They also added the korean drama style, because they are talking about the team personal lifes. The original series did this very little and slowly. I hope they make this more intense since is probably just one season. Also, I know the drama doesnt have romance, but I feel tension between Joon Gi and Chae Won. If not romanticaly, they have some kind of chemestry.
I hope the drama can be just as good as the original, but with the best of korean dramas... it will be like a dream for me! Lets keep watching :)
If you never watched Criminal Minds before, keep in mind that is very different from the crime and mystery korean dramas... is more about behaviour analysis, not always about someone's family or loved one (can have some of this too, but not the main plot, the main plot is the criminal).

this drama really worth watching. I think has a lot of sad moments, but also a lot of romance. The story is interesting and I didnt felt bored at all, not even a single episode. I never watch historical dramas, but this one, I was hooked on the first episode. The cast was excelent. I dont have anything bad to say about it.

This was based on a manhwa right? Can someone tell me if the story is following the original? I feel like the drama sometimes misses something, You know when live actions and drama adaptions lost some of the story content. I was expecting a lot of this drama, but more dramatic feelings. The firsts episodes where more humorous than dramatic, not expecting. I feel sometimes it has Goblin vibes. I hope it gets better soon :( I am curious about the story but confused as well.

Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo has pretty good sistmance. The main lead has not one best friend but two best…
This drama can be revolutionary in a lot of ways I think lol
On Suspicious Partner Jul 29, 2017
I think this was a great drama, from beggining to end. The beggining was a total bomb for me, I got hooked really quickly because it is not expect. So I wanted to see more. And it was not disappointing at all.
The acting was super good. Surprised me at some points, romance and chemestry was pretty good. Totally would watch again. Ji Chang Wook acting was what made me begin, but I wouldn't stayed if the plot wasnt good. I think is one of another good dramas of 2017 (I think we are really blessed this year, dramafans) I really enjoyed. If you like story about lawyers and crime, but also with romance and comedy, is a nice drama, because it has it all.
The law firm was somewhat so warm and funny... I loved them together <3 I think the cast is the best thing of this drama.

I think maybe we dont see sistermance for a lot of reasons... A lot of female protagonists are outcasts, or somewhat different of the others around them. I think the lack of sistermance could be for even people who dont have a lot of friends could relate. Dont get me wrong, I am not saying every drama viewer is loner! But is just a way to appeal to viewers to have more empaty feelings. I am not extroverted myself, so I can say I already related a lof because of this. It is building a character personality. If they made a really popular female lead, the usual cliche "popular boy, outcast girl" is over.
I love girl's friendships, but sometimes I dont think it is essencial for the story, because most korean dramas are about love and not friendship. We could see sistermance when this topic was a main thing in the story.
Also, I think there is a prejudice view in this. Man are always friends but women are always enemies. Because we often see bromance between man, and for women, is very popular steryotipes as crazy ex-girlfriend, evil mother in law and things like that. In my point of view, girls should be helping each other more often than being enemies... or maybe ended up being friends as in Suspicious Partner and Fight For My Way.
You mentioned when the girl has a male best friend instead a female, in the end most of them are interested in the girl. Well, this sometimes got me thinking "the guy just stayed by her side because he liked her, but not as a friend?" however, he liked her. Should the way matter? I think maybe what cared is that he cared about the person. Trying not to think about right or wrong... I like friendship-love stories. But I agree, more sistermance, please!

I liked Jung Hwan in the beggining because he cared about Duk Seon. However, he took to long to gather up the courage and go after her. Like you said, for me, I think at a lot of points of the story she could have liked both of them, but Taek showed her all of her sides, didnt hide his feelings. Maybe we should put ourselves in her situation: would you like someone who totally shows that he likes you or the other person who "maybe" likes you? In my point of view, she took the first path, which I dont think it is wrong or right, she just choose to be liked and also like someone. Jong Hwan had A LOT of opportunites to confess, but something didnt let him keep going. Maybe they just didnt meant to be. Truly, I liked Taek because maybe he was so clueless that he just couldnt hide he liked her, so he just did. However, not mentions JH at the ending? Huge mistake. I wish they had given him a clousure or something, uhg, I hate when they just forgot the characters.

Okay, I pretty much never watch historical dramas, but WHAT IS THIS DRAMA OH MY GOD. I'm a huge Park Min Young fan, also, I like Yeon Yoo Jin past dramas. So I decided to give this a chance. I never imagined this two together but THANK YOU I LOVED IT
The two kids did a pretty god acting job, but to the ones who cast them, thank you, because they look so similar to their old actors!!! I was shocked specially the Prince. I am shiping the main couple so hard it even hurts, please I want to see them together.
The King is a love/ hate relationship for me, can't decide. I cant ship him with Chae Gyung, my heart feels it is wrong, I wish he saw her as a younger sister, maybe a reflection of his brother, but I woke up and realized we were talking about a kdrama, and also ep 9 preview made me think it will be a love triangle. I have a feeling that the king will go crazy (for me he already is). The actor is doing a nice job.
The main reason I dont watch historical dramas often is because I feel a little lost about the peoples relationships (I am a little lost in this one lol). I watched Love In the Moonlight but the "historical situations" made me a little bored (I am not in this one though). If you think of good historical dramas, please tell me, this is historical season, I am willing to give it a try

Kim Young Kwan's height is a bit scary - he's a head above others and I noticed how he has to bend his…
I noticed when he was climbing the stairs and them he took two steps at one. I think you need long legs to make this possible
