have a question, I've seen a few times in jdramas people publicly confessing their feelings. Why is this so? Does this really happen in Japan in real life? don't they feel shy or are just really confident?
if it were me i don't think i want to be confessed to publicly, I'm rather private.
to add so many people have died, sad ending. even Charles who should not have died.
The restaurant mom, how awful for her to find her son again only to find out it is fake, and to really know he's been dead all these years.
i thought they would do a sort of psa at the end, about the original welfare center. in Taxi Driver there was one episode where they showed the true story of one falsely accused. in Tell Me what You Saw, they had a psa about missing children cases.
I didn't understand what was the actual relationship between In Sung and Charles?? Are they friends, like brothers…
it seems he considers him as a brother, since his own brother got lost/kidnapped and never recovered. Yoonjae waas also from the center, so he sympathized since his missing brother also ended up there.
sad that YJ died at the hands of Baek. it is as if he was stuck in the past. tortured and killed by Baek until the end. not sticking up for him or anything or defending his actions, not at all.. but by Baek?
Is 24 already dead? Who is Charles, so is he the brother of 24? That is what Charles said, but there was no closure as to what really happened to 24. I was hoping for more screentime with Charles, like what did he and SungHoon discuss?
what was the role of Charles? did he just support Yoonjae and Sunghoon, but didn't kill anybody? Why didn't he get arrested for abetting murder?
sad drama overall, but expected. it has been a ride, thanks to all the discussions here, playing detective. it has been intense.
at this point it seems obvious that judge is the culprit along with others. at the start shown the jurors and the woodcarvings, him carving. and the choice of jurors, who could have rigged that?. the strange things Insung told him during the investigation....unless there is another plot twist where it turns out he is not the mastermind.
I have said this before, but I will surely miss this. I have been waiting all year for a good detective Kdrama, turns out it came out in September.
The song 'just close your eyes for a while' sounds creepy, but the piano version sounds beautiful, the background music while SungJoon and SH were eating together in ep 14.
fancy that judge appearing as a hero and having Yoonjae killed when he is in cahoots. maybe they will make him…
so the kids were abused at the center, but they pertaining to Sunghoon and Yoonjae in turn abused Sungjoon, abused him horribly by gaslighting planting false memories into him, just using him as a pawn to get their revenge. that's evil too.
if it were me i don't think i want to be confessed to publicly, I'm rather private.
because they were in the apartment together when Friend called, and Kook was there too. so it means it couldn't be Kook.
so who is the Friend?

he wasthe one who instructed PD to pretend he has the footage and accept the bribe to reveal the true colors of the mom and chief.
how did Yoonjae know Eunki is an angel? he has not met her yet at that time,it was before the jury trial.
