No, he didn't. In episode 9 (or 19) Hao Ting told Xi Gu he will take him to a high place where he can be near his parents, so they can take a good look at them. And that's what he wanted to say by meeting Xi Gu.

I need more... watching DBK, feeling slightly better... Monday... withdrawal symptoms are appearing... but in the afternoon I have TharnType, so I am feeling better... Tuesday and Wednesday till afternoon are baaaaaad, like really bad... but MODC <3 is like a light in my dark days... Thursday... the spot teaser :D comes, those few seconds are everything <3 <3 <3 Friday... morning is bad, the withdrawal is too much, I am in agony... in the afternoon the light at the end of the tunnel is almost visible... Saturday... finally Saturday!!! I fill my day with every work I find so the hours until 4 pm wont feel too long... 4 pm... putting everything on stand by and watching UWMA <3<3<3<3 :))))) For an hour time stops <3 :D, I am ecstatic!!!! 5 pm... and here we go again...
My absolute favorite BL series, I am feeling every moment of it. Just Red Balloon made me feel this way... but I think this one will be even better <3
Over a year since watching and I am still not over it... Every other day there is something in my daily life that triggers memories about it... And not other drama will top it for me.
Wow! Great acting and amazing cinematography, the light and the colours used were breathtaking combined with the music! Everything matched so well together. The actors fitted just perfectly in this universe as well. Probably the best casting for this kind of show. Loved how they intertwined the "past" with the "present", sometimes maybe confusing, but the "present" was more understandable because of that. The twist near the end I kinda expected, but the very end (watch till the credits begin) surprised me in a good way! Amazing drama!

I am really bothered because there isn't some mention about the dead husband. Not even the kids are talking about him... How could the writer be so dense in this matter? We don't even know exactly how much time passed since his death. I am a bit angry about it....
