I just finished the final episode, I put it off for a while because I wasn't prepared for it to end and I'm still not but it was beautiful. Seeing it no longer in my "currently watching" section actually made me cry a little because it's really the end. I can't really express my feelings and love for this series in all the right words but I just wanted to thank Bad Buddy and everyone who was a part of making it from Ohm and Nanon to P'Aof to the rest of the cast and crew it was truly unlike any other BL series that broke stereotypes and raised our expectations. I hope the future of BL and GL continues to grow and learn from Bad Buddy and I hope everyone remembers the experience that Bad Buddy made all of us feel along the way. This isn't goodbye because I feel like Bad Buddy watchers have built a special bond with one another and I will continue to support Ohm, Nanon, and the rest of the casts in their future projects.
i hope they find out Jae Min isn't her blood son before they find out Seon Hwa is her daughter their relationship is already so slow there is no point to put another pause between them also I wonder exactly how Seon hwa is going to get her son back, like will he accept her as his mom, he's going to be so confused
Holy wow what a true psycho she literally did everything she's being charged and caught for but saying "once I get out I'll get you" like she really has no limits it's insane. I just want Seon Hwa to get her baby back but I'm sure that will be dragged on for 10+ more episodes like everything else
I'm still waiting to watch ep 5 but I think I've gathered some info based on everyone else's comments. It honestly feels like the writer/s of the show are coming up with random things along the way. Kit going abroad to study? It would've made sense if he did it to help find a "cure" for Pha. There is just really not a lot of build-up for the drama plots like the Tong switching the scores, I didn't even know Sandee and Tong have an issue until they let everything unravel at once.
Also, I saw people say they hate that Kit kept Pha's illness a secret and I understand but I have to think back on season 1 when Kit got invested in Pha and Wayu's issues and it almost cost him Mark so I think he realized knowing information doesn't mean it should be shared and it's not his responsibility to do it, especially when Pha told him not to tell anyone. I am made that he's neglectful towards Mark, I know he cares for him and he's also worried about his friend but Pha already said he tried to find every day possible to save himself so why did Kit think he would magically find something? I know he's trying to cope with losing his friend but it's not helpful.
I'm going to watch the episode when it's available for me to keep up but I just wish this drama had more structure to it, there is so much going on but at the same time small development in each plot BECAUSE there are so many storylines.
Honestly, when I first saw that this series has 16 episodes (which is pretty normal for Thai dramas) I was worried about the pacing of the plot since Meteor Garden was 50 episodes but I'm amazed at how well it's all going so far. I haven't seen any of the other versions except the China version but the production of this is so good. In Meteor Garden I felt like many of the side characters, including the other 3 F4 boys didn't have much personality but in F4 Thailand I'm really enjoying them more than ever. I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of the series I can say I prefer this version over the China version even though everyone has their preference of the adaptions
This isn't anything important but I'm watching episode 3 right now and it was such a nice surprise to see that Thyme's sister's name is Tia. It's very rare for me to hear someone other than friends or family say Tia or to see a character named Tia anywhere, it made me wonder if it's a common name in Thailand.
i'm glad i'm not the only one who finds thanuwayu boring, I've never felt any chemistry between them and I think…
Haha glad I could point it out, he's a nice person but he literally doesn't do anything unless it's somehow connected to Wayu, in season 1 he had that weird feud with his old friend or whoever and I feel like it was just dropped randomly.
i'm glad i'm not the only one who finds thanuwayu boring, I've never felt any chemistry between them and I think…
No no I agree with you when I said Thanu doesn't deserve Phai I meant it in a way that if there was ever actually a chance where ThanuWayu didn't work out and Thanu wanted to start a relationship with Phai, I wouldn't want Phai to accept him. I wouldn't want Phai to ever feel like a second/last choice, but I know this scenario won't actually happen. Thanu isn't bad but he's just not an exciting character for me at all, his entire personality is basically just Wayu, especially this season. I get he's in love with Wayu but it feels like he serves no other purpose as a character.
i feel so bad for pha and phai omg :(also im loving markkit rn, they're literally the cutest and the funnest to…
i'm glad i'm not the only one who finds thanuwayu boring, I've never felt any chemistry between them and I think the whole Wayu actually fell in love with Thanu before Pha thing in season 1 was dumb just because he took him the doctor when he fell or whatever.
I also feel bad for Pha and Phai, I've seen people say they think Pha is being manipulative to get Wayu back but he seems like a genuinely kind person who doesn't want to hurt Wayu with his incurable disease, I honestly wouldn't mind seeing them end up back together, I would prefer it more than ThanuWayu ending up together but for some reason more people like ThanuWayu. For Phai, I was team ThanuPhai all season 1 and was so sad for him when Thanu chose Wayu so I don't want ThanuPhai anymore, Thanu doesn't deserve him but I want Phai to have his own happy ending, no matter how it happens or who it happens with.
I'm so happy we won't be ending their story on the special episode, I was worried they might decide not to give them their own series. I really hope the rest of the original cast will come back if they can and want to, or else it won't feel the same. I cried so much for them in the final episode of Don't Say No so I hope we get many happy moments in Just Say Yes
Would anyone be able to tell me if there story is in the THarntype novel or where it is in the novel. I would…
Leon and Pob are connected to Leo and Fiat, not Tharn and Type. I don't know if the writer wrote a book for Don't Say No or Just Say Yes but they would more likely be in their own book or Don't Say No book (if there is one) than TharnType which they have nothing to do with
"If I had known you were a person like this...I would have said yes on the first day you tried to court me" AHHH I love MarkKit so much I rewatched the scene just for this like more than 5 times I love it. This whole Pha/Wayu/Thanu this is something I don't really care about tbh, since season one I've always had a fondness for Phai and he's my 3rd favorite character after Mark and Kit so even though I don't really ship ThanuPhai anymore since Thanu is constantly "it's only Wayu for me" I can't bring myself to care for ThanuWayu since it is a source of Phai's sadness. Also, I don't even think I would mind if Pha and Wayu somehow got back together in the end but I'm sure it won't happen since they are pushing so hard for ThanuWayu. Pok and Tong...I don't really know how to feel about it Tong is in the wrong for thinking Pok wasn't good enough to get into uni and for doing something that could have hurt Sandee if Pok didn't get good scores himself. For Pok, after he found out what happened I wasn't expecting him to go directly towards anger with Tong, but I understand his feelings of betrayal. Sandee...I know many people hate him for putting his nose in everyone's business but now that we know his reasoning for the PokTong situation, his actions made sense (even if they were bad) but I'm still confused on why this Thanu/Phai/Wayu/Pha situation concerns him at all. I've seen people say he has feelings for Phai but I haven't really felt that way, at least not in season 2. I thought maybe he just knows it's important for them to "follow their destiny" with Thanu and Phai being connected. I'm holding off hate towards him for now since we don't know yet because he probably had a good reason just like he did for the PokTong thing.
Nothing too important but just wanted to give attention to my baby Phai, I don't know why but I just really like his character he's so sweet and caring and putting others before himself even though he also deserves happiness. I don't really ship him and Sandee but I can see a possible future for it if they do give Phai a new love interest, I don't even care if he ends up with Thanu but I really want him to have a happy ending

I'll happily wait however long I need to see adachi and kurosawa again, hopefully it won't be too long though I miss them a lot
