I mean nice theory on that but if it was consent driven it would have been better βπ»
As I said I really have nothing against the series whatsoever π€·π»ββοΈ ofc its fiction thats why I don't have a problem with how it ended up. What I have problem with is those who romanticised it and found it cutesy π₯° when it isn't π€·π»ββοΈ
I am not saying you found it cutesy or anything. I get the part of your theory which is a really great analogy and I can partially see the beauty you are talking about, but I can't take that detail to call it beautiful and so on..when there is a huge negative part to it. Just because he had good intentions it doesn't make him any better.
I understood Aristotle very well, but I could say that you didn't as you also use AI to defend a part in your name.
As you said we all have opinions: some can dislike it and some can like it. I watch diverse genres because I go by "at least try it first to know if u like it or not". I believe you cant criticise something if you never watched other genres as well.
Regardless, we kept going on about this when I initially said YOUR THEORY would have been better if there was consent.

I don't think there was anything beautiful about the abuser. I am not even gonna blame the victim. But the abuser? He didn't just have flaws or some complexities that Aristotle was even talking about. What he did was immoral and purely ill. Nothing could justify what he did.
The thing I have the issue is with how they call the ending a happy ending. Maybe for the victim is better that the sufferings ended, but it sad that he chose that path. Its just like Vegas and Pete and I find nothing cute about them π

I said your theory would make more sense and be BETTER if it was driven with consent and not without. I never claimed that the drama would have been better or worse.
Manner of death has murder, but it isn't between two of them. Its not the main character falling in love with his abuser. As I said in some cases even in real life in order to get rid of a monster you have to be one as well. Same for vincenzo and the glory. π€·π»ββοΈ They were based on revenge. Would I have done it? No. But Im glad she did and he did.
You never said that I condone murder, but you said WE so I felt the need to clarify I DONT.
You never said you found it pleasent to watch, but you asked the question whether it mattered to have consent in fiction. I never claimed you found it pleasent either, but I did claim the fact that by asking the question you obviously think that consent doesn't matter in fiction. I responded with my answer that it DOES MATTER.

Idk wym I never accept murder πβπ»the only time I would accept it is in self defence and if you need to become a monster to end another one while u know u are only a monster to monstersβπ» but in intimate moments??? fuck yeah consent matters everywhere it does π even in murder obviously all those will have consequences so what bizzare comment are you even making π Just because its fictional it doesn't make it sweet
Iβll never understand people who say Doki and Goeun have a sibling vibe β they yearn for each other. The depth,…
Sameeeee, I love them together honestly and I bet it won't even be that much of scenes that are intimate ir smth it will probably be hinted but not to an extreme point. PLUS they understand eachother so well because they actually fancy eachother NOT BCS THEY HAVE SIBLING ENERGY ππ If they had siblings energy they would bully themselves like she does with the rest of the crew!!!!
crossgressing has nothing to do with one's gender or sexuallity, it's just a hobby. why would a cisgender heterosexual…
Okay episode 11 when they are walking after leaving her mom at the bus station or train station "Being with such a genderfluid guy, you dont mind?" to which she replies "I mean, I like any version of you whether you're a boy or a girl".

I might have mixed up episodes but there is definitely an episode towards the ending where he said he was gender fluid. When I find it I will reply with it. And as I said cross dressing can be referred to as expression I didn't say I disagreed on that part.

Cross dressing can be a form of a hobby but Id call that cosplaying then. But crossdressing for him is definitely a form of expression, it is also outside of what you previously stated and it has nothing to do with that. Someone could be straight, identify as a male, biologically be a man and still crossdress. Because masculinity and femininity is within ourselves and it has nothing to do with outside part nor the gender. Its pretty much a form of personality.

He said it himself that he is gender fluid? At the last episode pretty much last scene? His gender identity is nonbinary which is the umbrella term pretty much for a lot. The only reason he said "but I am a man" is because Hakura was his crush. He wasn't sure even if she would like him for being nonbinary as it is. But she loves both versions of him or whatever he wants to be. Biologically he sees himself as a man, but identifies as gender fluid meaning he is both: male and female or pretty much anything he wants to be. But it simply means he won't fall under just one gender hence the "fluid", hence "nonbinary". As for the orientation, we can't really much tell nor assume that for him.
