I think it’s the lady who was attacked in first episode, she was having an affair.

That lady has been trying to speak to Miho. She approached her. And in next episode she will fall(as per the teaser).

The scene you are mentioning has been added to confuse the audiences. Check the lady who is sitting next to mayor’s wife, it’s the lady who was attacked in the first episode.

Also, episode did not end with PCH looking directly at the camera.

Jerry is an undercover police officer. His looks and the way he is sticking close to PCH fits this theory.
Him and that Room captain are both part of special team created to catch real BM.

PCH wanted Miho to leave him, he asked for divorce when he was arrested, but she refused.
The only way she would leave him, is when she would truly believe him to be BM. That’s why he is behaving this way.
He want to break her trust.

Also he seems to be getting information from those cards in the Bible(clip in the trailer). Maybe real BM shared drug dealer names with him this way.

I will stick with my theory of twin brother.

What about Mayor’s assistant? Is he in the list of candidates that might be BM?
I will add him too. He is also one of the most unsuspecting candidate.

What if Psycho killer is the real Big Mouse? That will be the real twist. He was also locked with prisoners who killed themselves.

But I will stick to my earlier theory of PCH twin brother being real BM too.

Just thought why no one is predicting Psychopath killer to be real BM? That’s why added Psychopath in the list.

It might be inspired, but I don’t think they will copy an Emmy nominated series to a T.

Inmate or Jerry being BM is too predictable, they shot scenes so we predict it that way.. I think twists will be different.

How can people call this drama same as Mouse? If lead might be villain then it doesn’t mean it’s the same.
There are so many dramas where leads marry at the end or, are in school, or some twist etc.

I saw episode 1 again today, it was looking more interesting after watching 4th episode. I was looking for clues etc.

They need to dub the drama in local language. Then it will make a difference.

Has anyone noticed now only three characters are showing as Main Characters? That means mayor is the villain, he even got unique background score(flute score) whenever he is onscreen.
