Seems like I've been on kdrama slump for a long time, 1.I don't know this drama exist 2.Idk that Kang Daniel was in it and even become the ML 3.Idk that Chae Soo Bin is the FL (I thought she was a rookie at first) 4.I thought it was only web drama but nope, on top of that there're so many senior actor
This isn't Snowdrop related, but can anyone share some underrated dramas to watch, preferably of the slice of…
I want to recommend The Rebel, its underated internationally, but very popular in China. I suggest not to focus on political aspect (who's right or wrong, because its not focusing on that) but more to the development of the character. The set is in republican era around 1939. Emotionally wrenching, suspensefull, thrilling, very detailed prop, great acting and very well written script.
making black tiger betraying sooho is really a waste of a character.
yeah, despite their join force of rescuing agenda, he is still the agent of ANSP and the leader. its not so hard to understand that he might still chasing taedong river as he was his biggest enemy (and the matter of ideology is so hard). i just hope he is not blindly killing soo ho and can see him as comrade.
thoughts/questions regarding the preview of ep 14: 1) im interested to know what soo ho's initial rationale was…
3. i wish they give us more background to them. and i wish kangmoo has a character development, not blindly catching sooho just because he's a spy. he need to get rid of that obsession, as he stated he already lost trust on ANSP (whats the use of the emotional scene when they had confrontation then)
instead of making kangmoo betraying sohoo, i wish they all can escape and somehow made a team kicking bad ass

comrade joo since start, was told to kill sohoo and he's still carrying the mission.
kangmoo on the other side, he is indeed cathing spies in the earlier ep, which he believe they're the bad guy (not to forget about how his dad being killed while cathing the spies). he believe that he was right to be ansp and all the NK spies were bad. i love the convo between sohoo and kangmoo when they argue each other and sohoo said it in his face that he's the same, a pawn for their country, and he had no right to blamed him (i personally love how the camera was shot on this scene, between their eyes. the micro expression they show us is amazing).
after he realize and know that ansp was as bad as them, he start being rasional. and prioritize to rescue the hostage. both of them start bonding mutual trusting.
and if the writer decide to make kangmoo betraying sohoo and forget all that positive bonding between them, then, i should pass on that, wondering what message the writer trying to tell the viewer at this point.
