ah, Liu Xiao Xu is one of a kind too! he's not that as eye candy as others but his acting hook me first time i saw him. i like Li Shi Yao, Liu Ning, Wang Ben, Huang Bo, Liu Qing, Chen Si, Zhang Bai Yun, etc. actually i put them on some box (?), like if i want some slice of life i'll watch Liu Xiao Xu/Wang Ben, if i want some hardcore i'll watch Chen Si, Wang Kai Mu, Feng Ming Chao. something like that😂

i was a bit surprised that he is the highest paid short drama actor, i dont know if its true but i saw he got a lot of fans in instagram so i thought its true, so i tried watch his project. and i'm so sorry i only can bear watching his drama with Guo Yuxin as FL, maybe just not my cup of coffee but yeah something might be wrong about my taste 😅
no hate but i think Shen Haonan portofolio's are nothing special anyway. if i compare him to wang kaimu for example, his portofolio are bad in his older project, but he get better these days. a lot of SHN dramas are dropped by me just in early minutes because his acting even i'm fans of the FL, i cant enjoy it 😔
i've watched another versions of the story, but i love this version because its so relatable, i dont feel any rush of the story, and everything are makes sense. i really love the cast for this drama, they are so believable. at first glance i was like "why they are not compatible? feels like so far to eachother" then i understand its because the age gap of the character and its important for the story. i believe if the audience could feel something, means the actors are doing great job! the soft message about the misogyny, oh my good ty for this short drama! i wish we woman could get our Zhou Ji in real life too 😔
THIS GUY CAN ACT! at first i was hesistate to watch because the plot was so CEO x Y/N coded, but since I'm a bit familiar with the ML before and I feel bored, so i watch this. omg i'm so in love with his acting, his whole face can act! wish him get more opportunity. and the drama itself are good even with cringy plot, the setting, the tone, even the flaschback of the reason of why the ML are so obsess with the FL are good, we dont get cheap excecution of production/editing here. the quality is chef kiss for short drama.
