emberz, i've been watch this numerous times. one thing 1 still dont get, is the ML is really eunuch (cant have kids)? because in their bathub scene FL inner thougts said something about his "manhood". i dont get it 😭😭
been rewatch this drama for numerous times. i wish will meet another Fu Qing Zhou character in dramaland. he's dominating without being tough guy cliche. he's kind of person that didnt need to scream loud, beating everyone, or click his finger so his follower will do the dirty job just to show his manly dominance. just calm, watching everyone in silence but still not crossing line and minding his own bussiness. he might be look like nonchalant person, easy prey for manipulator like SFL, but if someone hurt his people/his peace, he'll make sure they will pay hard for their audacity. and most importantly, he became silent knight for his wife eventhough he's still not really sure is his wife is bad or good person because he knows himself he's not stupid marrying someone for 5 years just because unplanned pregnancy. this character's soul are so beautiful for me, or maybe i just too tired watching too much rough tough guy with high libido troupe.
eventho this one is still, a bit, enjoyable/bearable, i think Cao Tian Kai are miscast for didi role. his whole face and body scream for gege or even daddy role😟
"For the summary, ML and FL were sweet couple but FL is raped by her stepmother's son. Her father stabs the stepmother's son and goes to jail. Then, FL pretends to be with SML and dumps ML and ML got accident.ML has two car accidents, attempted suicide twice, and suffered numerous injuries, yet he survives. FL attempted suicide once by jumping off a building, her father died, she experienced a mental breakdown, recovered, and was able to continue working. FL jumped from the 21st floor and didn't die. Instead, she tormented ML to the point of being heartbroken. Then, FL received a new job offer and went to work. When she was discussing business, she ran into the ML again. This time, there was another car accident and suicide attempt. After that, the two of them finally talked things out."

finally its here.. really recommend this! the comedy are comedy-ing, all casts really chef kiss, the story are fresh one❤️ this is both Zhi Chun He & Zhang Chi's best perfomance for me personally from watching their personal older projects, and Liu Nian & Chen Tian Xiang never disapointing with thier acting skill. kudos for the screenwriter for to elevate a run-of-the-mill script into something engaging and exciting, the costume team, make up team, everyone who in this project, may your pillow always be cool on both sides ❤️
