I was referring to this part of my comment: "Also, warning someone is one thing, being controlling, acting up, and lacking trust is another." since you said "So u think telling your girlfriend to stay away from a guy who has feelings for her is controlling?". Besides, he's controlling even beyond this context. He wants to know where she is, what she's doing, who she's with etc. Also, at least she has changed. He remained the same, no development or working on his behaviour.

Reread my comment. I said it can be brought up later, naturally, during the conversation in which he would tell her what's going on. Whether they were engaged, weren't, could have been whatever, that part (context) doesn't matter since it's not an issue (but it would have been mentioned by him when he tells her what's currently happening). Also, warning someone is one thing, being controlling, acting up, and lacking trust is another.
I don't reach that episode yet so I'm not reading your comments till the end but I wanna drop this because of…
It's weird because first she stands up for herself, but then she's like "OK, I've been mad for 5 minutes, time for him to tell me he's sorry and he won't do it again, so that I can forgive him and everything is the same as before".

Context doesn't matter. That can be discussed later on, when he tells her what's currently going on which is the problem in this situation. Also, Qian isn't important in this conversation, so I don't know why you brought her up.
I absolutely hate how easily she forgives. In one scene she says how she's been trying so hard to fit in and looks betrayed and in the next she can't wait for him to contact her so that they can make up. He acts like he's mature and whatnot, but controls her and would give her hell if the situation was reversed. He was literally engaged to that woman, knows her his whole life and didn't tell her about it, but would get jealous when Xiao Yu would look Mo Fei and act as if she was asking for it. Very toxic behaviour and not mature at all. Such men are dangerous to be in a relationship with because there's a lot of manipulating, gaslighting and making you doubt yourself and your decisions. She can and should do better...
I was hoping we would get a breakup scene and then she would go back to France, become a big deal, and come back to China where he would beg her to get back with him lol Now we only have 12 episodes left and I don't know how realistic this is. I do think all this lying has to stop. If he's not doing anything wrong, why not simply tell the truth? If you want her to be honest, reprimand her when she's not, don't be a hypocrite and do what you told her not to do. Maybe a breakup would be a wake up call for him. I also want her to see her be successful and focus on her career, so that break would be good for both of them.
I've just started watching it and I usually skip the opening, but that song is so good! Anyways, since there's a possibility this might have a sad end, I'm going to wait for someone to tell me once it's over lol
That kiss though!! I thought we'll be getting those weak kisses like the first one where we could barely see something, but they've redeemed themselves big time lol Thank you to the actors and the director!
This was a great episode. KSH is doing so well in this drama. Her action scenes are amazing! We have to talk about *that* scene though. That was a real adult kiss lol Good job to the actors.
Damn the brothers' storyline is developing pretty fast. I like how there are no filler scenes so far, hopefully they keep it that way. Those scenes have ruined many good dramas. I'm really enjoying the cute interactions between the leads as well. They look good together. Also, today's episode is Hug part 2 I guess lol
One of the most realistic cliche dramas out there. Yes, there are those annoying drama tropes, but everything gets resolved pretty quick. Both lead characters aren't dumb and stand up for themselves, they talk things out, even their arguments seem real. I think it's due to two things. One, their chemistry is amazing, and two, Hans Zhang must have a lot of dating/relationship experience in his real life because all of his actions, the way he speaks, and carries himself is very natural. You can see how he's leading her as a character in a drama and as a man. I think this would have been an average drama without him, but his acting and their chemistry make it much better. I can't wait for the next episode!

Go Geon x Mo Yong ship is sailing and we'll finally see FL in action again. It'll be amazing for sure!
