First episode impressions: I love the image director! I don't think I've seen a better one in any other drama so far. The concept is awesome xD And I didn't like Min Ho's characters in other dramas very much, but I think I'll like him here :D
I had heard a lot about it, but now I'm starting to be sure it really is worth it :3 hope the rest of the episodes will be just as satisfying xD

I wish I could actually watch it all. I'm stuck at ep 10, and I really liked it so far. Does anyone know where…
Thanks! :D I forgot to mention after that that I finished watching it after I found it on gooddrama.net :D

Interesting. We're totally different here: I sometimes feel like we have a lot of school levels.

I'm considering being a hs teacher, so I'll go to college and do pedagogy studies.

Hmmm, well I just started Protect the Boss and I like it, but I want to hear your recommendations xD
What do I like... I'm attracted to stories about friendships, like Shut Up! Flower Boy Band, I like my share of romance ,,>.>,, and I love it when the story is unpredictable. I'm kind of a story critic, and not just regarding dramas, so big plot holes annoy me usually but I do ignore them if the drama is interesting :D but I can't really stand cliches - now, I guess sometimes they depend on the person...
I hate it when I fall for one guy character and the female lead chooses the other >.< but I guess that's common. It happened badly in You're Beautiful...
I guess something a little exciting or enjoyable ^^

Why compare it with the american system? I live in Europe too .w. hehe ^^
Limit of possibilities meaning - as much as school can be enjoyed :D
But yes, I do have to choose a direction pretty soon...

We get to choose one of the subjects which will be on the finals, but only in the 12th grade and out of a small list of subjects. At my hs profile, I get to choose between chemistry, biology, physics and informatics, I think. Maths and language are mandatory.

I'll have philosophy classes later. In this order from 9th to 12th it's Logic, Psychology, World and Life Culture (/education) and Philosophy. But this year, it's psychology. Why, do you do philosophy too? :D

I'm in a huge need of a drama right now >.< What do you think you could recommend me? :3 I looked on your list a bit and you've also rated highly the dramas that I've liked ^^

huh?
...
huh? xD

Our school systems must be reeeaaally different xD
Here, 10th grade is the second year of highschool. I have a sort of "exams" or bigger tests every year starting from 5th grade, but the actual exam years are 8th and 12th grades. So I still have two more years of 'peace and quiet' in the limit of posibilities.

Hmm, my director is my math teacher since 5th grade and he was my brother's math teacher from 5th to the 12th... so he's been here a long time. The whole school knows who he is xD

You get to choose your subjects? I only get to choose my highschool profile, which means like the type of subjects I want, but I learn what I'm taught...

I have psychology instead of Logic this year. I generally think psychology is really interesting, but they always tend to teach the boring side of things in school -.-
And something related to politics of such... I'm not sure yet.

It feel kind of unbelieveable that I'm in 10th grade already. Maybe it's this fact alone that scares me, maybe the idea of how things will get more difficult from now on... I don't know.
Well, good luck then and work hard! ^^ I don't really *have* to do well this year, but I plan to.

haha xD really? well, it's about an hour long. I think most schools around have it, but mine is special. I go to a christian school, so our oppening ceremony consits also of singing, praying and a few words from the director or from an invited speaker. It's also when freshmen find out who their homeroom teacher is and other rules and speciffications are sometimes mentioned.

I started on monday, so it was more like a full week. It was... ok I guess. I have some changes among the teachers and I also have some new subjects, but I hope all will be well. Yours?

I hate my timetable too >.< But my classmates and my homeroom teacher are all pretty excited about starting school (and my classmates only as much as they can be) so although this year kind of scares me now, I hope it will go well... I had the oppening ceremony today and school starts with actual classes tomorrow v.v

The first thing that marked me about this drama is that all the soundtracks were classical pieces. I loved how they put them to value in this drama and how they found the best for every feeling they wanted to convey through the background music!
I also loved the last 5 episodes. They were rather powerfull and ecxiting to watch. I personally don't enjoy the japanese sense of humour much, especially in dramas, but in the end, I definitely enjoyed this drama!
A great watch! :)

Title 49 Days
It seems that people say it had a slow plot... I believe that it would be so only if you were waiting for the romance to happen. I wasn't, because I was really, really curious as to the basic idea of the story, the 49 days and how she will get the tears.
The only slow part for me was the first episode. I think I would have dropped it if it wasn't for the Scheduler's appearance in the last part of the story. He's still my favorite character, but I sincerely loved the story! I don't remember the last story/drama I've seen with so few, maybe even lack of cliches. And the cliches used were greatly placed.
I consider this a masterpiece!:)
On Marry Me, Mary! Aug 9, 2012
It was really cute and entertaining, even though it started being even more cliche-like towards the end. But I don't regret watching it ^^

How can such a perfect drama exist?? I never thought I'd say this, since I'm picky and a critic, but this truly is my favorite drama of all that I have watched.
I had reached episode 14 and I was about to get mad when I saw there were two more episodes to it. "There's no need for two more episodes!" I thought. After the 15th episode I was afraid they might ruin everything, because the way they left it could either take the drama to a complete success or a complete failure. No middle way.
But at the end of the last episode I came to acknowledge the writers as geniuses. Seriously. This is the best drama ever.
On The King 2 Hearts Jul 31, 2012
I finally finished it and I must say, the last episode was absolutely great! Most dramas have dissapointing endings, but this was very fulfilling. But I wouldn't go through all the story again just for the ending and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do so (unless you *do* like it...) I enjoyed the parts where the military came in and everytime we see the WOC team.
On My Lovely Sam Soon Jul 30, 2012
This is the kind of drama that's simply brilliant! ...until the last 3 episodes. I didn't like those, but good thing it had a nice last episode, so it's mostly forgiven :3 Worth watching!

It's been a while since I saw this. But I still remember when Kim Hang Ah was while looking at the billboards…
I actually squeed at that point, having watched Secret Garden before this x3 And then there was a moment in another episode when they mentioned the line from Secret Garden when Kim Ju Won tells Gil Ra Im she's like a top actress to him :D

I was on episode 14 and I was still asking myself "Why am I watching this?"... I still have about 5…
Maybe... The only thing I have liked so far was the two episodes with the WOC. I liked the strategy, but I doubt they could have come up with it under that pressure and in such a short time. I myself dislike Bong Goo as a character, I feel like hitting him whenever he comes up on the screen xD But I admit his character is well defined and written. I think I'll just finish it and forget about it...
