my IQIYI says it is loaded up to ep 13 but I only see 1-12 is this the same for anybody else? Also I don't have any preview for 13 or 14 and I am a VIP member

I have a question about the IQIYI website, how can I tell for sure which VIP I have? I think I have Premium as under my username it says Premium followed by a date. If I have that does it mean I can watch the Express when/if it drops?
