Would you guys want a second season of this drama?
Season 2 not possible since they tied all the loose ends but I wouldn't mind seeing them team up in another drama... Maybe thriller? Haha something serious
I am enjoying this drama because I like Lee Joon Gi and this type of genre; however, it's not anything breakthrough, just the same type of corruption/political plot - same old same old.
The first 5 episodes broke nearly every cliche and then the next 8 episodes embraced nearly every cliche ...wow…
He was not on the plane at the time of the accident, after he left the vacation home, he then went to the office to leave his phone there and then to the airport. Time of accident was after midnight and his flight was in the morning.
I find it mediocre the first 4 episodes. Same old plot amnesia and the ceo suddenly turns warm. But after 4 eps…
I think they emotionally supported each other with their obstacles (ML) and dreams (FL) but are allowing themselves to deal with it on their own. For example, ML supports FL dream and secretly asks the instructors to give her tips, they both don't want others to say that FL became instructor because of ML..that's why I think it was totally awesome that FL did it all on her own and ML just cheered for her.
As for ML's character development, it's ultimately something that he needs to deal with and face his own trauma. The FL can't really physically help him with that but she was always by his side offering hugs and support.
In contrast, I think this shows how mature and deep their relationship is. They allow each other time and space to deal with their own problems or goals but will always be there for each other for emotional support.

It does keep with the drama's play on cliches so this is as cliche as it can get 😂😂. I didn't finish ABP but I read twitter comments that despite a similar setting, the proposal done for CL was better executed compared to ABP.. perhaps others who watch both can weigh in on that.
But totally agree that they could have switch to a different ring but I guess that's the one Fred wants to promote.
Also, the fake engagement rings were from Fred as well so technically, CL was doing PPL for this brand way before ABP, it just so happens that ABP ended earlier than CL.

The English translation of the lyrics is beautiful; suits the couple very well.
Also not OST, but the song "want to fall in love" that Krystal sang in epi 5 is also really good. I fell in love with it esp after looking up the English translation. It perfectly resonates with NGJ, no wonder he was so mesmerized.

Considering that in the final episode they gave everyone closure, ML full character development, FL achieving her dreams, proposal and married life... Nah I don't think they rushed it at all!

I guess I just find it frustrating because the message conveyed is actually relatable to pretty much everyone versus if we are watching some drama about politics or corruption lol. That's why I find it odd that many can't seem to resonate and reflect on it? I think it is genius what they did with this drama lol my personal opinion.
