yeah, the review with the 6 stars called Choo Sang Eun, unlikeable which boggle my mind. How is she unlikable? She in massive debt bcs of her husband and can't work bcs she pregnant (and people don't like to hire pregnant women sadly) and blackmailing Park seem like the most quick and efficient way to get herself out of debt. And the fact that she beaten and used by her relative, shouldn't that make her more sympathetic.(not unlikable). Also she seem to have already formed an opinion on Kim Tae Hee, from her other work. So, biased? Also that fact that she called her character dumb like dam im sorry she just the perfect victim to get manipulate and gaslight like her mom's ass for telling her she was the reason, her sister killed herself and seems to be emotionally abused and teh fact that she had to see her sisters body dead and her body mutilated. Just,maybe she dumb for be so emotionally tormented and abused her whole life??!!
Yeah I think some of the reviews maybe lower bcs some people were expecting the typical

But also sometimes some of the scenes seemed dragged on and some scenes seem to repeat over and their a lot of flash backs even when we the audience can connect the dots. Ther where also some thing that where left very viage like did he sleep with the girl (my guess is he did and killed her bcs she was pregnant) but it didn't get it own flash back senses leaving some reviewer to be confused.

i think it added to the movie in expressing her discovery and fascination with sex and her gender.

i agree why couldn't the king allow the lonely queen to get herself a lover? But for him its fine if he fucks someone else, since he a king. The beginning plot kind of reminds of mangas where a nobel/ princess marrys a king, but he already has a lover. In those cases the reader think the king is a duchbag who having an affair and flaunting his favoritism (ex.The remarried Emperess). It don's seem like its the case for this one maybe it bcs it in the point of view of the king and bl could also be a part of it.
