yeah, i hope so. something is definitely off. i was just making a comment towards the 'confessing' part, because we all know that communication is the last thing that happens in series with a plot like this.
and no worries, i'm not judging, because 'i liked this love doesn't have long beans' as well. well, except the ending. but that's because i overall dislike the trope of 'oh no, one of them is hiding something VERY major and if they don't confess it, it might ruin their whole relationship!' (which they never do, and it's always revealed accidentally and chaos, betrayal, and trust issues insue)
i just feel like with this trope i can never really truly enjoy the sweet moments because i know that eventually it will all go to shit, and overall it's just really toxic.

that's why you don't automatically trust what people say on the internet and check it out yourself to form your own opinion lol doesn't go just for shows
the way i understood it is that him turning his head meant that instead of ignoring it, this time he was about to go call out the man yelling at the woman and baby, which is basically supposed to represent his decision of choosing not to have the baby aborted and to become a father (changed his mind after basically meeting his future son in exit 8 pretty sure?)
