as much as people ask for a A'Feng redemption, I feel bad for how they treat Ling'er, both were made evil by the same person, although one supposedly have a "justified" story to why they are like this. Ling'er had probably felt abandoned by her family and her memories were wiped, they both committed atrocious and mass killings so why is one favoured over the other? I'll defend Ling'er even if I'm the last support for her on this Earth!

A'Zhao is the Demon God based off his character names in the cast description, but according to the divination, BS, FY and CZ are fated, so I think he needs BS and FY to actually revive Mo Li.

whats wrong with the subplots in-between?
I understand that, letting go or trying to get used to characters in this drama is a bit hard due to it having 6 different arcs, each with its own subplot. Adjusting can be hard, but thats the way this drama is. I understand your frustration over it!

It's very interesting imo, Im enjoying it, it's typical of a xianxia drama to bring tears, but Im okay with angst going on in the drama, but I'm most afraid for its ending rn, holding onto the thought that its their second life so they can't kill them off again 😭😭
