I watch both but lean towards Kdramas more over the last few years mainly because of convenience. They are so easy to watch with DramaFever/Viki/Netflix/Hulu but Jdramas you cant even find a legal source of them that has a huge collection. I watch what I can when I can but since I am a Johnny fan like you I am a bit sad they are not more reachable.
Love me some Oh-Chan. ❤️ I can listen to his solos non stop. He is why I Stan Arashi. Him and his fishing obsession. Lol loved this. Can’t wait for Aiba and Toma’s.
What are you going to do when all short, underhyped Japanese rom-com/suspense dramas from 2005 onward with a decent…
Guess they are SOL then, while we can marathon day in and day out. LMAO They don't know what they are missing. I was like that when I first started. Then I expanded my horizons.
I think both are an acquired taste. Many dramas be it from any country have their downside. The best feeling in the world is finding that drama you can love till the end of time no matter where it's from. Hana York Dango, HanaKimi, Absolute Boyfriend and Nobuta wo Produce are like that for me when it comes to JDramas.
I loved him in Maou.
