so in ep 4 the stupid bad guy is creating wind and then she throws poison at him and this poison is in a powder form why did he die the wind he created could have blown it away

They are both in the spotlight one is a famous writer the other is an actress so tell why in episode 14 when they kissed in the middle of the city why wasn't any paparazzi or reporter there i mean they are in the middle of the city there are people walking around while also being famous there should have been scandal already.
