I understand your sentiment but this comment is kind of silly considering there are numerous different districts and regions in Korea. Did you forget that the ML literally went awol and had to MOVE to take on this undercover case? Obviously they were not working in the same district as this massive gang. The couuntries, not to mention cities, are way larger than you think.
