It's cringey! It's super duper cringyyyyy.. But in a good way. I swear I was kinda squealing and screaming at…
You know if It had cringy moments I didn’t even notice because I was having just a fun time. It was something new and excited that every other week we got a new couple
This is exactly how I feel about this drama. They have been trying to redeem him so much that they even changed…
You want to have a conversation how we are both feeling about this drama.
We can since we clearly have different opinions. I will try to understand your point of view. You can be truthful and I'll be truthful.
1. I wasn't yelling, If I was yelling my whole answer to you would have been in caps. If you feel like It came off like I was yelling at you. I apologize for that was not my intent.
2. You are saying that you and others found the scene hot scene. How are you not uncomfortable about what he did? His brother was drunk and no way in a position to give consent. I know the brother forgive for what he did, and they are together. Is that why you forgave him for what did he or why you don't see It as rape or sexual assault? Also, doesn't It make you feel like the show is almost saying that "If you like someone you can do this to them and they will fall in love with you. Also, don't worry because will forgive you." Or like they are saying that "If you get drunk and get raped or sexually assaulted it's your own fault"
3. To answer your curious paragraph. Frankly, I hope I'm wrong and he wasn't raped, but that doesn't mean what the younger brother did wasn't sexual assault. Because by definition sexual assault is an act in which a person intentionally sexually touches another person without that person's consent, or coerces or physically forces a person to engage in a sexual act against their will. Not gonna lie to you because you and I are gonna have a frank and honest conversation. When I see comments like yours It makes me worried that people don't take sexual assault seriously. This topic of rape and sexual assault is something I take very seriously. I'm sure that's something that you do take seriously as well and that's why we have having this conversation. I don't go on other treads screaming about those things I was commenting on someone's post who is clearly feeling similar to me.
4. I know that this didn't happen in real life, but like I said in point 3 I take sexual assault/rape very seriously. I believe that we as viewers we should hold shows or dramas accountable for their mistakes. Just like we should hold a show/drama accountable if they did or said something that was racist or sexist or homophobic.
5. If you were in the older brothers position would you not feel like you were raped or sexual assaulted?
This is exactly how I feel about this drama. They have been trying to redeem him so much that they even changed…
So you don't think it's problematic that they had a character rape his own older step brother and everyone is acting like it's okay? Because you cannot argue what he did wasn't rape. He purposely got him blackout drunk and then raped him. The fact that everyone is acting like it's nothing is problematic. RAPE IS RAPE! POINT BLANK PEDIOD. There is nothing that character can do to redeem what he did.
So a harem is one male lead with several female love interest, a reverse-harem is one female lead with several male love interest. What do we call one male lead with several male leads? I'm calling It a harem, and I haven't seen It before in BL. Excited thought
