i had to mute the sound towards the end to not hear kai'song, it makes it way too emotionnal Gil Chae was left with an impossible choice after having accepted the wedding proposal, leaving her family(and extended one) or follow her 'other' love,and she feels this responsability with them that would only make her live in guilt, she probably would have not be able to come back to them once she left, but now she will leave in some sadness too... Ryang Eum choice to stay silent costed him his relationship with Hyun and costed to the lovers so much pain... i'm satisfied with the ending of part one, because it shows that there's not only one easy choice one can make, you have to live with the aftermath no matter how hard is the choice and life goes on...
i like that everything about the love spell is already out, and that he's aware of what and why he's attracring to her, looking forward to see what's in store for the rest of the episodes, if it keeps this rythm of discoveries it's gonna be fun

the writers made her as childlish and immature as she was before the war when she finally sees him, whatfor, after everything she endured... but in ep 8,she made me sob so much with the scene when she calls him in the wind to come back, that was so heartbreaking Is the first episode start by showing us the end, before the story unfolds ? if it is, i don't like when you watch all the episodes knowing already it's a sad ending, as oppose to feeling it's gonna be sad along the way but you always keep hoping for a happy ending... when he's alone on the beach facing the fighters, i suppose it's how he met his fate ? , and the guy in the jail with white hair is Ryang waiting for him ? i'm so glad there's a season 2, and see more of their soulmates journey !
after watching 20 min of the first ep i thought thats's it, i don't like it, despite liking the actors, but don't know why i came back to read the comments, and glad i did, thank you to all the people who voice their opinions on the shows, sometimes it helps giving another try 😁, finished ep 3 and had a good laugh !
