Yes. It is a real and rare disease. It peaked my curiosity when the aunt mentioned it and then when she told Cheng Ran she didn’t feel pain that was when it crossed my mind.

It was in Episode 6 and I could totally be reading too much into it. Was just something I thought of when I considered why they would be mentioning it. Like I said, this is only my overactive conjecture. Maybe it doesn’t even have any significance. I believe we are going to get our HEA . Hoping many other people will respond just like you and tell me they don’t agree with me at all and for me to chill and stop letting my imagination run away with me. :)

I think the aunt commented how she had to be careful because she cannot feel pain and that could kill her. She also commented how her arm did not hurt because she could not feel the pain. It made me curious as to how they will use that later on and I had the sudden scary thought that maybe she would die but trust me I am all for the happily ever after. These two deserve it. More than deserve it!

I even wondered that since we are all so focused on ML if something instead happens to FL ever since they mentioned her not feeling pain. Like she came into his life to open his world back up which could also be beautiful but I want my happily ever after. I will just rest easier once the she does not feel pain thing gets addressed. And this is ONLY speculation on my part or should I say concern. I hope we don’t get this kind of twist.
