For me personally I don't label my MLs with flag colors - there are too many shades of gray but I found your comment interesting because I don't see a person being green in any aspect if they are making someone feel insecure.

I like them all, feel for them all, and want her to have them all. The characters are written so fantastically that you can't help it - or at least I can't. Of course, I am team XL first and foremost! 😂

I do see it for Xuan and XL but not so much for Jing other than we know how the novel ends - but my comments are strictly observations from drama,

I have not seen that comment but that was not what I meant. He likes her for her only - no childhood memories or being saved - just her being her - running her mouth - poisoning him - laughing at and with him. I like that.

I really do, too. I want to see this side of him. 🙂

Okay but if they read the novel before watching the drama they go in with that expectation. Knowing before which is what all the comments keep saying - talking about things not yet seen in the drama. I myself have no expectation and go off what I see and I see no sly fox. Today was the first hint. Yet before today - before we saw this there have been so many comments about what he does and being sly etc. And that can only come from having read the book.

Yep! She is unlike anyone he has met before.

If we have not read the novel we can only go off what we are seeing in the drama - what they are choosing to portray. I hope they will start showing us this cunning sly fox because I would like to enjoy his character more but from the drama alone I just don't see it yet and I should not have to read the book to get a bigger picture. I will let the drama unfold and read the book when the drama is over.

I just don't see it. He is sweet but weak. Today's episode showed there is more to him than that so I look forward to them showing us his strength - mental or physical. I'm just not wowed by him like I am with XL or intrigued like I am with Xuan. I have never watched any of these actors only FL so I had no expectations for any ML going in. I'm just responding to what I am seeing. My perspective. 🙂

For me I got a glimpse today but I just don't see this whole picture of him yet that novel readers have. I do look forward to being wowed by him. I am an equal opportunity ML lover. 😂😉

The most appealing thing about XL compared to Xuan and Jing for me is he is drawn to XY because of XY herself - not the memories like Xuan and not for saving him and accepting him for his scars like Jing - XL saw this woman pretending to be a man and despite himself and his inherent demonic traits - she got into his heart because she is like no other person he has met. He holds her to no standard of the past - it's just their present.



And I also like him cause for a snake - he's terribly hot and kind of romantic. 🔥 🤭 😉

I have not read the book so I can only go off what I see in the drama and in the drama I have yet to see a sly cunning fox. Hopefully soon we will start to see that side of him.

I am watching TJC's - Under the Skin. He may not have long flowing silvery white locks in this drama but - DAMN - his eyes!
