I didn’t see his response as laughable. The long pause before Kim finally said those two words spoke volumes to me. The best part was Chay taking it in his stride. Giving his heart and not demanding or pouting in return when he didn’t get the response he wanted.

Ive been pretty pleased with everything so I have high hopes that they do. If nothing else they are attempting something incredibly new. With Bible and Build running this ship, we have the best chance of it succeeding.

Okay I was just rewatching and when .Kinn is talking to Arm with Porsche and Chay in the background and when the guys come carrying the body in the body bag you see Porsche shielding Chay’s face away so he won’t see. Now that is the Hia I know.

Yes, This kind of story should not be rushed. Serious damage done takes serious time to undo. Yes, Vegas can change and does and I understood that and the why but that is not all of the story. I need to see Pete’s struggle and the why he forgave. I don’t want it to be simple. It’s ugly and twisted and forgiveness can be given but I want to see why. I want to FEEL why.

I hope that made sense. 😂 I don’t feel like I explained myself well.

I don’t know why but he seems worse to me in the drama, and honestly I felt Pete’s going back to him rushed in the novel. I did see the change in Vegas but not really Pete’s why for forgiving, so where I guess I can see Vegas changing in the drama, I have a harder time picturing forgiving his across the board cruelty.
