True...even though I love the mature and protective TY, I really want to see YH become a stronger and cooler version of herself after practicing dark aura.

Same. For me, even though I liked both the dramas but the emotional turmoil and misunderstandings were a bit too much in TTEOTM. Even though Li Susu and Tantaijin loved each other but still they didn't trust each other completely and lacked communication. Li Susu loved Tantaijin but she was always burdened by her mission to save the world and her doubts. In BFTB, TY and YH both share a mutual level of understanding, trust and love for each other. That is why it is easier for them to clear up misunderstandings. Plus Tianyao's fate is far better than Tantaijin's.
