The absence of passionate kisses and sex scenes didn't bother me in the slightest; you’d have to be blind not to see their unconditional love. They even went so far as to brutally reject the girlfriend.
Personally, I only see the possibility of a happy ending—one that culminates in an orchestral fireworks display.
But JY’s conducting style is just awful; conducting is very difficult (if not impossible) to master, but his technique is truly bad.
Try to be a bit understanding and tolerant. It’s a small production company that’s slowly making its way up. They started out with series of five 3-minute episodes, so they are making progress. At the very least, support them better instead of penalizing them with a ridiculously low 7.5.
Above all, don't look for a structured storyline in this beautiful series; just enjoy admiring the two boys and the visuals. No one can work miracles with only three characters and a shoestring budget.
