I agree with you, SH and JK should be endgame. They will most likely patch up maybe in the ending of ep 14 or mid ep 15, but most likely SH and JK are the end game. Don't get me wrong I love SJ but he won't be with JK and also the drama is quite different than the webtoon.

Most likely she will end up with Suho because number 1, he is the main lead and number 2, the drama is wayyy different thean the webtoon soooo yeah and number 3 even if he goes to japan he might come back by the ending of ep 14 or 15. So I can guarantee you that Suho and Jukyung will be endgame.

I hope she ends up with suho and becomes best friends with seojun.
