I'm a little biased towards her but I'd have to agree. Honestly, the main cast aren't delivering with the acting but I think a daily/weekend drama is the best place for mediocre acting so oh well.

agreed! zero chemistry between her and Jinho. idk if it's the writing or his acting but I'm not convinced about them being childhood friends to lovers

I said the same thing on another platform. If I didn't know any better I'd think Nayoung and Mari were the ones getting married. Mari's the one who proposes to her, pushes for a wedding or dinner, cares about adjusting the room to accommodate her, etc. Hyunsung is a background character in his own marriage lmao.

I think that's my biggest qualm with this drama. They make her sound like one of the best psychiatrists but she can barely regulate her own emotions. She also seems reluctant to receive any psychological help.

Pilseung is the apple of their eye and the greatest gift they've ever received but their reaction makes them seem resentful that he was on their doorstep. On more than one occasion they've expressed gratitude towards whoever gave them PS so why be mad when you can finally thank that person to their face. Plus, PS is a grown ass man omgg they're fighting over him as if he's 3years-old and Sooyeon could just come and snatch him up.
Also, the grandma of all people has no right to be acting like she's a morally great person.

I didn't mind them as adults but yeah the writers aren't executing the story well. I wish they'd write better stories cuz I've watched cdramas with 50+ episodes and been entertained the whole way through without my blood pressure rising or the plot going around in circles. It's possible to have well written daily/weekend dramas but I guess as long as there are viewers (even us who hate-watch) they'll keep getting made.

I was actually enjoying this one until these last 2eps cuz I can’t tell the difference between ep1 and ep28. There’s been zero character development. Mari feels like the only real character. I’ll try to turn off my brain to watch🤞🏾

just finished ep27 and I'm tired of going round and round this exhausting circle. Dora's mom has not changed her ways and will probably soon try to use Dora as a cash cow again. I wouldn't even be surprised if she contacted Jindan to try and extort money out of him by promising him a better chance with Dora. Also Dora's brother doesn't get enough flack for me. He's just as bad as the mom for letting her lie to Dora and treat her any kind of way and still sticking by her. How could he sit there and let the mom lie in Dora's face like that when he knows better than anyone how much Dora suffered.
Pilseung's family's insufferable especially that mean-spirited grandma of his.
