Taekyung lived his life for revenge and the only plan he could come up with was « find guy who was forced to take blame and make him confess in court » like really dude?? and even after four years of working for the company, you’ve barely made one step forward..
And don’t get me started on Lucia and Stella. four years of planning and all you got is « make chairman fall in love with me » omg why is everyone so dumb.

Maybe she was the exposer after all but I think it’s hard to include the exposer in this current arc since everything is happening “internally” if that makes any sense. Exposing the cheating was easier since there was a public wedding and people were aware that Gichan married into the YL family. With the things happening now, it’s only a number of people who know so if they were exposed, it might make it to easy to point fingers and figure out who’s behind it all.

SAME! My eyes may soon get stuck behind my head with the amount of times I roll them during their scenes and any scene between Yugyeong and Seungwoo.

I’ll allow simply because it seems she’s never home alone. Either Gichan’s mom or siblings are roaming around (and it doesn’t look like Jiho goes to school?) so it’s hard for her to search for clues. I don’t doubt she’ll eventually come across the notebook and the dots will start connecting for her.

I don’t see romantic chemistry between Seungwoo and Yugyeong🙁
Seungwoo is a grown man lol he’ll be fine without a mom and dad. He can barely accept the fact that Miran lied to him all this time so imagine him learning that Patrick is his dad. Maybe he’s more likely to accept Patrick as a parent since they can bond on the fact they were both lied to but either way this relationship isn’t necessary in my opinion.
I’m fine with a drama having a romantic side, I’m just saying it wouldn’t hurt to focus on it less. Some characters add nothing besides their romantic lines.
“A must” is a bit dramatic lol. I disagree since the real reason Dohee died was because of the dual contract so that has nothing to do with a romantic line between Doyun and Jae-in. Do I want Jae-in and Doyun together? Yes. Is it a must? No, not for me.

I don’t see them as good pairings. I like some of them indivually but paired up.. boo. Yugyeong needs someone mature who can take care of her -not that she needs it but I’d like her to get with the opposite of Giman. someone responsible in life, financially, has a good family with virtually no problems. I’m sure she can be happy and carefree with Seungwoo but I still find him childish and they give me a brother-sister vibe.
I prefer Seungwoo single. I don’t think we’ve been presented with any character who I think would be a good match for him. I understand that they do this to fill the episodes but I think writers especially for dailies need to accept that not every character needs a romantic relationship + it’s a revenge drama so more focus on that than romance please.
I don’t like Miran as a character and I think Patrick deserves someone better than her. she is selfish, and vindictive in the way that when she feels hurt she wants to hurt others and doesn’t consider the others’ feelings as long as she feels justified. she also thinks she’s better than everyone else and she’s always in the right. Patrick even after Dohee’s death didn’t purposely hurt others to feel better. all in all, I just don’t think they’d make a good couple. AND most importantly, I’ll never get over the fact that she hasn’t told him about his son and continues to hide that information from both Seungwoo and Patrick.


btw this is just my opinion and what I want for them as a viewer but I hope that was explanation enough

exactly! this is one of the few cases where I don’t care for an “opposites attract” because she’s been relentlessly selfish and he seems to actually care about his family and others in general. and it doesn’t help that she STILL hasn’t told him Seungwoo’s his kid. thumbs down all around
