As far as I remember, Xu Feng was just using Sui He to make Jin Mi jealous and make himself be controlled of his emotions by acting cold and ruthless. One of the most hurtful parts is after the second mutual cultivation for Jin Mi. You cannot blame Xu Feng too for doing that.
Anyway, I doubt that they will make a little room for romance for Sui He and Xu Feng. It's all just a lie to make Jin Mi suffer.
I have never read in the book that XF hugged JM in the back (it is like taking her back or stopping her scene?) in the Demon World unlike in some clips I saw online. Also there was no wedding scene too. I also remember seeing XF like getting ready for a battle and raising his weapon with Jin Mi next to him, Demon Princess and the rest of the Demon tribe.
