You are so right. In the novel/anime he is really witty and can be very ruthless to his enemies - that's what makes he interesting. I dropped this at episode 10 though.

I lost interest at the 10 episode during their "test"... It started quite okay despite the lead character being quite different from the novel. The novel is better. The anime is quite close to the novel but the artwork is not really okay.

Just completed this last night... prior to that I was reading about the 2 years separation and was kinda affected by it since the FL drew flak for it. The scenes leading to that I was not really looking forward to it and wanted to stop at ep. 26. However I thought that it was okay after watching it. It is unlike the other C-Drama trope where the CP don't even contact each other as one goes missing... even when in the same country-that one I really hate.
