It looks like the conflict will actually be about their careers and goals for the future. I hope they stick together…
His professor looks like a big problem going to happen, so does her professor. What do all the ppl of that level act like this in the show? That was my thought when watching these jokers...
The male staff or ex-male staff of Kyung Hoo is really an A$$H013... Only good thing he ever did was to answer to SA's "friend" problems. JY must stay away from him.
I honestly don't get why he was asking her to wait for him. Despite whatever feelings Jung Kyung had for him and…
Think he just wanted to be sure that his subconsciousness doesn't hurt her (just like the handkerchief incident), so when JK came to look for him to play for her - he probably realized that he is putting SA's feelings first. So he ran to tell her that he is going to play for JK purely as a friend, and he cares about her feelings for that - and so he likes her.
any thoughts on the confession/kiss anyone? I kind of feel uneasy about this haha it was so abrupt! nothing much…
JY confession is probably triggered by JK coming to find him, and he realized how much he actually cares about what SA feels; and probably he felt that he cared more about SA now than JK. They developed feelings for each other even before SA's confession, from ep. 3-4 onwards... So he needed to be clear (as per the title of episode 8). At the start of episode 8 he told her to wait a little longer so probably he knows that he is almost sure about it.
DY probably thought that he is going to lose her, seeing her interaction with JY... so a last ditch effort from him I guess.
The rehearsal room is where good things always happens.... they should just meet there everyday :D
And what a lucky piano, being a important part of this :)
Really love the last scene of episode 8, it is so subtle, so beautiful - the lighting, the body language; her feet and especially her hands. How it awkwardly ended on their first try which is such a bonus. And JY is just too smooth.
I find him quite stiff in this, oh he was even stiffer before?
I think it looks pretty obvious here especially with Wan Peng as his co-lead. She looks really into her role but he just looks like he is still rehearsing for it.
Do u recommend watching Roy so far,I've been waiting for more episodes to air b4 I start watching
The side characters are actually quite interesting but featured rarely. The family gets featured alot, even the family friends gets airtime... so imagine how family oriented it is.
I actually don't hate JK (though I understand why others do). I feel she is a very human character. She hurts…
Same thoughts. The relationship between JY and her was not meant to be since day 1, even if HH is not present. However, what triggered her to kiss JY at the concert is Jealousy. As correctly described by the director, they are at the crossroads so the choices they make here is crucial.

Maybe expectations too high going into ROY, kinda fell flat so far. In 5 episodes too much focus on the ML's family and it is just like a family soap opera, lots of squabbles, blaming etc... Just not too interesting for me. The romance part is okay, FL not much depth - more attention on the ML. Only looking forward to the development of the ML's dreams, trailer of episode 5 looks promising but ended up showing a bit only. Majority showing the family - the brother wanting to move out, who cares about that?
