I think he is much better in these new episodes, the earlier episodes the script and his character just seemed a bit perculiar. Now as a normal nice guy in love he is even more charming. And of cos being shirtless and lying by the pool is a bonus! The FL really got lucky!

Just completed episode 6 and it was not as bad that I was afraid that it'll be. More focus on the leads and not so much on the family like in episode 5. The interaction between the couple is quite nice so no complaints, though I've seen better ones recently. I still like the manager best.

Yes you are spot on! I do think that it improved in the recent episodes... it was really all over the place before this.

Caught episode 11-14 tonight and I kinda like it. More straightforward and not as messy, now that the leads start to really care about each other and the fluff is better.

I very just finished episode 6, it was actually not too bad since not too much on ML family and my expectations not high. Oh the kissing scene cannot be compared to DYLB, the lighting, the subtle body language etc... just like you said is too far off.

Which episode were you at? The trailer for episode 5 really got me excited and when I watched it, it was super anticlimactic especially the front part...

I guess that's a common preference as it is the process that gets viewers hooked. For this is probably 50% and ROY even less than 40%? but I am still looking forward to their development as they are still rather new in terms of relationship and even getting to know each other. Those dramas that they get together real late in the show they should have already been through alot together.

LOL, nothing to be sorry - There are so many viewers out there preferring ROY over this, though I am not one of them. I rewatched episode 8 of DYLB last evening over watching ROY episode 6. Guess I will try to start watching it tonight.

It is quite fast almost too fast IMO, you can see where is it heading by from episode 4 onwards. The rest of hex besides the leads are not really big distractors except maybe for one of them.
