Totally agree...I'm only on episode 14 and I'm already seeing old cliches executed in the most basic way possible.
That's why I finished up the other dramas and shelved this, until I really didn't have anything else to watch. I even tried to start some other dramas prior but they didn't get my interest...
Even though the not too high ratings, this is my favorite C-Drama among the 3 I am following right now. I like how the characters interact, it is quite fun especially the friends of the FL. There is not much "burden" to watch, not much angst even from the villains of the show. Notable thing(s) that I didn't really fancy is the ML's assistant especially in the beginning. Also not a fan of the ML's dressing outside his business wear, just too peculiar.
The amnesia parts are dragged too long. Up tp ep 14 all thing are only working in one spot. Nothing moved forward.…
Agree to a certain extend. He looks much better in his business suits as well... when he recovered I was thinking - no longer have to see him in those awkward looking clothes anymore!

The brother don't really get involved in her life - just helping her whenever she needs it. She didn't want anything to do with her father even, only letting this 2nd brother into her life (just like a buddy).
After episode 17 I must say it is a struggle, and finally finished till episode 22 over the weekend. Well there is a twist, but all the stupidity and coincidence leading up to revealing the twist is just too forced. Even ZLS couldn't save it. Add to that the repetition of the relationship and corporate struggles (or my struggle). Normally I would have dropped it if I had other dramas to watch. But since I had free time during the weekend...
Episode 9 and especially episode 10, quite frustratingly angry to watch. I know that it is steering towards being sad and all, but having rather irrational behaviors just to incite viewer's emotions... everyone is like trying to get into danger on purpose. I almost dropped it a few times but continued thinking it is just total 12 episodes.
Chanced upon this last night since all the dramas I following are not releasing any episodes until today. Was contemplating to drop it halfway thru episode 1, with the high school setting and too much similarities with "A Love So Beautiful"... Just watched on as nothing else to watch (I tried "Love Crossed" as well with the same ML but not its for me.)
However the situation with the ML is really quite different and quite heartbreaking. I am quite keen on his development with the circumstances he is in. So far the dramas with Zhang Ling He works okay for me, except for "Love Crossed" maybe?
The FL I have never seen her other works, she does well here - a bit irritating in the beginning but grew on me especially how she treats the people around her. She has nice brown eyes. (Edit: just realized she is 16 reading the comments below)
Was watching the BTS/trailers on MangoTV and considering it has 32 episodes (though short 30 mins each), hope the imminent disturbances and maybe misunderstand is not as suggested by the trailer. It has been light and easy to watch without burden so far.
Watched "the making of" and looks impressive! States that it is starting this week but no date? Just right it if it starts since 2 of the C-Dramas I following are ending.
Oh that's nice, even though MangoTV subs are known to be bad (at least better than nothing). BTW ratings are low but I am so drawn to it somehow especially episode 4 onwards. I like FL's bestie, I remember her from the sleepless princess and does so well in this drama. She reminds me of Hani. FL reminds me of the Lisa Wang from Taiwan.
