sooo goood, I loved it. The setting, the cinematography, the acting all so good. The only downside was that the movie was short wish it lasted 30mins more so a little more was explained. The ending was cool too didn’t expect that but honestly that wouldn’t have been possible realistically.

the actors were perfect for their roles. the story lacked a bit of something but I still enjoyed it and all I can think about is that their love for each other must’ve been really painful. the Mantis’ protective personality was so wholesome to see even in such a setting. this was also the first time seeing a plot like this, the world of assassins.

I'm sorry i haven't see any video or explanation about the case cause my heart hurts =( but what is the truth…
There’s alot that has happened before too like the case of zhao lusi, her agency abused her to the point she couldn’t move at all. It was very heart breaking to see her like that, and much more like the person above mentioned. CCP is truly and fully capable of making this into nothing. We might not even be thinking about this a week later after their government shoves down some made up story. I’m just going to trust the Chinese netizens on this one over the govt. it’s up to them to dig into this and reveal as much evidence as possible

It is being said that he was drugged and tortured for 3 days (8th-10th). There was a USB in his possession which he planned on bargaining for his life with but there’s a possibility he swallowed it and the criminals cut him open. After much torture he was thrown off a building but the criminals made it look like a suicide by dressing him up in clean prepped clothes.

I’m pretty sure im missing a lot of details on this, you can go to #justiceforyumenglong on instagram to see posts related to this, share them and interact with them as much as possible as well

this makes so much sense knowing CCP and their dictatorship approach. They wouldn’t want no stains and taints. This is absurd though. Truly absurd.
I’ve started getting more posts about him now that I interacted with one and I truly believe no one can make this up. I really hope Chinese people speak up for him. Won’t be easy at all but we can’t just let this go. I hope it blows up on international platforms as well apart from Chinese ones. This poor man deserves justice and anyone who has ever even thought about freeing themselves from these monsters are going to give up on that, it’ll only just get darker if people let this die down

I just found out about this, and I haven’t watched any of his shows but he really reminds me of one of my favourite Chinese actors. My only question for now is, why would the Chinese government want to censor what people are saying is the true cause of his de•th?

damn did not expect this negativity here. I LOVED THIS SHOW, finished a kdrama after so longgg. The plot is so cool, like if Korea were to be the next America (the shootings part). The villain, the hero everyone did great. Moon-baek especiallyyy man those expressions, the look, the outfits. I’m going to miss Moon Baek & brown blue so much.

also, the people explaining that noises are a norm when you’re living in apartments and this and that about the ending’s message. Honestly, okay we can say that about the part he goes back to his apartment (in a formal dress in the middle of the night) and hears noises again but I really don’t get why everyone is just glossing over the part that he was the one who set the apartment on fire? He burnt all the evidence down, no truth came into light, what did the police state the cause of the fire? He just got his apartment back (with the noises) it’s like he’s just back on square one at the ending and like everything that happened was a nightmare. The lady already admitted to embezzling so that means that building was actually poorly made why not get compensated and make sure the public knows of cases like these by using that ledger, why wasn’t everyone involved in it held accountable?? I REALLY DONT GET IT I wish I could rate kang haneul movie a better score I loved his acting

I never really trust ratings but for this one it’s pretty accurate. I feel like if I understood the ending I would’ve rated it higher. I do kind of get the idea around it but it’s still very vague, and that’s not a good thing a movie should have that’s trying to send a message. The ending, should’ve been loud and clear but tooooo much happened in the second half. Also, I was expecting a different kind of reality behind the “noises” like when you start the show it focuses a lot on the “84m^2” the apartment size, so I was hoping it was that the apartment wasn’t fully that size and there was some kind of secret room sheltering people doing illegal activities or something like that. Though the actual plot focuses more on a real world problem, it was a great idea but idk I feel like I’m missing something or the plot is

perfect storyline, no gaps, no holes and exactly as the name suggests “Mercy for none” . I loved all the fight scenes too

Need more ‘extra ordinary’ players next time , hyun gyu, ha rin, eun yu. these are right kind of people for shows like this. Kyuhyun, i don’t know why he was there. So hee, smart but zero passion imo. Oh and I loved Justin, he survived well on his own in prison and main matches. While so many others were crying for alliances. Would’ve loved to see se dol more too. And apart from that I wish there was a way to completely switch the players’ standings when there’s a huge difference between them because it seemed so unfair when the same people ended up in the prison again and again, or there could’ve been more hidden stages in prison to give them hope, they were just surviving. So I think everything could’ve been planned a bit better

the plot could’ve had a little more depth, or even some twists, in the end it was just a killing spree. overall didn’t leave much of an impact even though with that setting there could’ve been one. Good acting though

yea let’s leave it to our imagination😺
but I do hope we get more of this romance-thriller combo in 2025🙏🏽

Still, it was a nice convo with you, thankyou for telling me about the novel and letting me vent out a lil haha

after reading more about the novel, I truly believe this show should’ve been the 16 ep version omg. The nice build up of the Argan part, more of heeju’s career, suspense behind SE death/disappearance and their ultimate reunion, I would’ve cried lol and the 16th ep showing their nice slow life, some kids maybeee

ohh!! thankyou for telling me about the novel part. The fake death trope would’ve been a much better addition imo😭 it would’ve kept the intensity going, I only finished the last ep to find out what the real SE whispered to him but it wasn’t as big of a deal since hee joo already knew. So I’m just here letting out my frustration over the last two eps because ep 10 left me with so much excitement for 11 and 12

still, it was the last ep and after all that they went through, I expected better of him :( it’s not that deep but personally if he had only just told hee joo that he’ll be away for sometime to regather himself it would’ve been better, instead of leaving her hanging, no contact nothing
