I watched 24 episodes in two days. it's the first time that I can call a chinese drama "masterpiece".

I continue to trust Chinese dramas, even though I already know in advance what I will see: engagements arranged by families, intrusive mothers, strictly slow-motion kisses, adults who fuck but sleep in separate rooms, males who are only apparently open-minded, female character who, yes, she has a career, but obviously she's thinking of giving it up to have children. Nothing new. At times exaggeratedly boring. The paradox (apart from the title which is very funny), is that in the end the most interesting character and with the best parable is that of his sister.

I started it for Jin Chen, who is one of my favorite Chinese actresses and because I was interested in the friendship between the two, but having reached the 17th episode I don't understand why the secondary characters, who are very boring as far as I'm concerned, have so much space. in the fifteenth episode the brother's storyline with the designer takes up practically over half an hour. I started skipping ahead and skipping whole scenes... I hope it gets back to being interesting.
