Best drama since Empress Ki. I am OBSESSED! We're half way through and I'm already having a case of 'What the hell do I watch next?' Misty is going to be a very tough act to follow. SIMPLY THE BEST!
Grown and sexy! I am loving this very adult drama. While I am enjoying A Korean Odyssey, for example, it's great to balance a comedy-drama like that with a complex, mature, suspenseful drama like Misty. The writers have created truly intriguing characters with interesting backstories. Kim Nam Joo and Ji Jin Hee are at the top of their games. And did I mention Ji Jin Hee is hot AF?
Misty is K-drama done to perfection thus far, and at just 16 episodes, it won't overstay it's welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
It premiers March 8! OMG! I can't wait!!!! So thrilled they made a sequel and modern day, no less! In case you are not aware, Victoria Song WILL NOT be playing Li Luo in this new version. Li Luo will be played by the gorgeous, talented Kitty Zhang Yuqi!
Don't get me wrong. I liked Victoria Song as Li Luo, but she is the one main cast member whom I believe is replaceable, especially if the replacement is Kitty Zhang Yuqi! However, there is NO WAY the majority of Ice Fantasy fans would even DREAM of watching this version without Ma Tian Yu (Ying Kong Shi) Feng Shao Feng (Ka Suo) or Zhang Meng (Yan Da). Yan Da and Shi part 2? So happy!
I was OBSESSED with Playful Kiss because the female lead was so damn adorable. I honestly never thought of her character as weak. On the contrary, the girl was determined to get her man and she did. : ) Jan Di, the damsel constantly in distress in BOF? Now THAT'S a weak female character. My biggest pet peeve is amnesia. That drives me up the wall! Were it not for So Ji Sub, I would have dropped Master's Sun then and there. I was PISSED.
I really don't have much of an issue with the chaste, statue kisses. In the US, even network television has become so overtly sexual, but K-drama love stories are about ROMANCE. They make us "work" for that moment and when the couple finally touches lips, it's everything. While this kiss may not be "modern", it is certainly refreshing. It's part of what makes K-dramas special and unique. Long live chaste kisses and piggyback rides...LOL!
Wow! Is this drama excellent or what? Four episodes in and I'm seriously HOOKED! It started off strong and keeps getting stronger. The characters are so well defined and well acted. I'm really rooting for Joon and Yeon Hui. I feel so sorry for both of them. And her "brother" Poong Yeon is give me a case of second lead syndrome. This is a great one, guys. Check it out if you haven't done so.

This drama is so freaking awesome and different from any K-drama I've seen! IMO, Come Back Mister is FAR SUPERIOR to Descendants of the Sun, which I feel, like Heirs and He Who Came From Another Star before it, is overrated. I read one post that referred to Descendants as "trash". While I certainly wouldn't call it trash, I'm not bothered by anyone who does. People need to stop getting their panties in a bunch when someone expresses an OPINION contrary to theirs. If you love Descendants,enjoy, but please respect those of us who are not on the bandwagon. I definitely recommend adding Come Back, Mister to your drama rotation if you haven't done so.

Empress Ki was just....no words. It took me months to finish another drama after that one. Everything I started paled in comparison. Cannot praise or recommend Empress Ki highly enough.
I'm 20 episodes in and I'm spellbound. I've already cried buckets and I agree wholeheartedly about Kuchon. Of all the characters, I am most invested in him. He makes you FEEL so much when he is on the screen and all without saying a word. That's special. Not to mention the fact that most women would kill to have a man like Kuchon by our sides.
OMG! I love you for remembering the great Fugitive Plan B drama and soundtrack!!!!! Bi (Rain) introduced me to K-drama, K-movies, and K-pop and Fugitive Plan B was the first drama I ever watched. I still love/lust Rain and I still listen to that soundtrack!
