Great article! Sounds like I need to start on some Jdramas. I can't stand how tropey Kdramas (and to a lesser extent Cdramas) are. Like every Male lead is some anti-social rich CEO and I really can't stand it. Ya historical dramas are great but need a change of pace. I've been looking for dramas with "Realistic View of Life"

The ML broke off with Miya for Miya. He also went to all of Miya's concerts meaning he clearly still cared for her. Then Qiu Ying comes along and all of a sudden Miya gets discarded. It felt too coldblooded to me *shug*. Not saying Miya was right to emotionally blackmail him.

Ya I was shipping Luo Tian and Qiu Ying at the end too. Also the ML and Miya had the whole young love history going on that I felt bad for Miya. Since Miya came before Qiu Ying it felt like the ML cheated on Miya.
