Couldn’t wait for the final episode. Decisions about maintaining a relationship or not are not easy. So many factors to consider. I really admire Dr Lin Yi for his resilience despite the ‘sword ‘ hanging over his head! Hopefully the last episode brings a satisfactory closure to the main characters. I’ve really enjoyed this drama: love the acting, the actors, actresses and the development of of the main characters. The story line is excellent and most patients’ cases are interesting. Douban’s rating of this drama is a convincing and high 8! I will give it a 9/10.

I just love this drama. Not a medical expert, but the cases are so realistic. Most important, this drama opens our eyes to how people react to medical emergencies, how the medical field affects human relationships and marital lives.

These 2 episodes are so heart wrenching and moving. I love how the 3 leads are getting on n I now like the lady lawyer. Hope she can help Dr Zhou get out of his shell.
Dr Bai is going to be antagonistic towards Zhou. He’s just one selfish head of department.

I just finished Alliance. A good drama. Now started The Heart. I love medical dramas. South Wind knows is on my list to watch. All the best to you and happy drama watching.

Watched up to 34. So invested in this drama. Normally I will definitely buy the express package and binge watch. But when I get to know it’s another open ending, I told myself: enough is enough. Recently one too many dramas have open endings and I can’t take another one. Think I’ll just stop here. This sort of drama need not have to sadden the audience and at the last few minutes!

Totally agree with you. I’ve watched the other 2 dramas on firefighting. Firefighting scenes are almost similar, but the stories and plots are definitely different. Now on episode 8 in this drama. Loving it so far. But I do agree that 40 episodes in this sort of dramas is really a bit too long. Redundant fire rescue scenes should be reduced or even done away with ( which is impossible in this type of drama, I know). I love the comradeship of the firefighters.

Omg! I thought today is the finale. Didn’t realise there are 36 episodes! One more episode. Jia you. This is a drama really worth watching.

Looking forward to the last 2 episodes. Just finished episode 33. Loving how the plot progresses. I’m sure the ending will be satisfactory!

Just started watching, up to episode 4. Indeed intriguing. From the comments, the ending is questionable. That’s the reason I wait until the drama ends. I’m going to watch until just before the ending, as advised by somebody here. Just don’t like cliffhangers.
Esther is good here. Her voice is so acceptable here, unlike in other dramas.
