Well, those older idols are Shinhwa, GOD, Tony Ahn (and probably the rest of HOT), Oguri Shun, Lee Jun Ki, Narimiya Hiroki, Mizushima Hiro, many of Korean or Japanese actors, currently I'm getting into Show Luo so yeah. Also, it would have been amazing to grow up with Seo Taiji's music, you know. And in general, I wish I had been a teenager/young adult during the 90s...

In Lithuania we have "pradin? mokykla" (equivalent is elementary school), "vidurin? mokykla" (secondary), "pagrindin? mokykla" (literally it translates as "main school") and "gimnazija", which is pretty much high school. Now the system itself...Majority of school are called secondary, but they can be 12 years (12 years is the full school course) or from 5th grade only. Gymnasium is only from 9th grade and elementary usually is for whole 12 years too, but a lot of people leave after first 4 years, so in spoken language we refer to it like that.There might be couple elementary school with only first 4 years, but those are rare, I think. The you go to college or university or have a gap year. After 10 years you can go to vocational school.

Hey, I got interested in German school system (I saw your post in the thread). In Lithuania we also have gymnasiums but it's like high school, I think.

Well, I remember her saying her mother just left her at the station and that her sibling was right next to the mom. So obviously she confused that with the true memory at the train station.
