I LOVE THIS DRAMA AND JEON JONGSEO!!! This is the exact tone from historical fiction I’ve been waiting on from Kr aside from movies. I love mature/dark settings, accurate to history with no held backs or endless staring in each other’s eyes for minutes for different unnecessary angles. (So far, only just finished 1st episode). It’s on Shogun, Vikings, GOT/HOTD + more level, though a little tame when compared to Shogun and ofc no dragons:(. And I love it and need more especially from Jeon Jongseo. This drama is right in my lane and the tone is perfect! Knew it from the trailer and the 18+ rating what to expect. Also there’s many other amazing actors in this that I enjoy!

Idk what the discourse around this drama entails—only seeing first sentences of a long paragraph comment just to type this) but obviously this drama is not for you and that’s okay! You’re allowed to be uncomfortable and talk about it, but not dictate someone’s art to better cater your comfort levels when there’s thousands of lighthearted historical fiction kdramas available. Let’s not make it everyone’s problem and move on lol

Anyway, I’m excited to see how this story unfolds

I looove shin min ha and her as the fl in this drama is perfect. She’s so hilarious and this 3rd episode had me laughing my ass off especially the self-made videos without shame LMAOOO. Also her just getting caught in major inconveniences. Might as well type up a contract lol. Also (for those who know, so I don’t spoil too much) this is why you don’t open people’s phones or tablets without asking. Now his whole life’s mission is catching this writer

Definitely was a waste of time. The drama had so much potential but it kept going down hill and no one was held accountable, which ig makes sense if you’re that rich you’re untouchable but there weren’t really any high stakes. Then Kang just forgives them and is buddy buddy? Ive never been this confused especially the last episode. There was no direction and the plot got lost

I’m contemplating starting this. It sounds interesting but I don’t like the trope when a disabled person is suddenly cured. There was even a c drama with a blind woman and was magically cured. And then I see this says she suddenly can hear :(

On episode 4 and I’ve NEVER been so stressed in my life. In a good way. Like I had to pause this drama to take a breather the first drama to ever make me too but I can’t wait to see what happens next. Everyone is truly the villain and I love it. BUT I NEED ANSWERS

I can’t explain it but Jang Da A ( Baek Ha Rin) has such an eerie stare especially when she smiles that creeps you out in a good way. You can’t tell what she’s thinking and it’s so perfect for this character. Loving this drama so far and can’t wait for the next episode! So satisfying to have a fmc outsmart the villain and plays dirty for her own gain

Just finished and wow, this drama was a 10 for me. I almost teared up as Jiwon saw herself beautiful for the first time and just watching her grow from her old self into a confident woman with friends who actually care about her and for each other. And deserves it.

Just wishing nothing but the best for her and Joo Ran. The MMC was soo sweet. Major green flag. If you love the “take everything from me, whatever you want.” Type who expects nothing back then this is for you.

Also Minyoung is so damn beautiful. Just wow. I had dropped the secretary drama she was in (not cause of just her) but she shines beautifully here. Will look forward to more works in the future! Still sad it’s over :( what do I do with my life now

This was such a fun watch and pretty cool concept ! I really do hope there’s a 2nd season based off the ending (a cliffhanger).

I’m actually enjoying the drama so far. (On episode 9) Yeah, some things are moving a little slow or picks up late, but I don’t mind it. The FML can be a little annoying, but I understand her desperation and I find it fitting for her character. Some people would do anything for money and for food on the table at the expense of their pride. Hell, I probably would too with how the world’s going and I wouldn’t judge another for doing the same. Therefore, she’s not really as annoying for me cause I understand where she’s coming from and she’s simply trying to survive even if how she goes about it could deem ‘dramatic’ for others. In fact, I’m sooooo relieved there’s a FML standing up for herself against bullies and using people (tho could be wrong depending on how to see it) for her own ‘selfish’ gain and there isn’t a guy always there to save her. It’s very refreshing and honesty, I’m rooting for her !

Currently on episode 7. I can see where people have said the episodes feel slow and it’s on repeat. First 3 episodes was fire. But it’s still interesting and funny so I’ll keep watching, and I definitely am interested in the cop couple-ish story.

Towards the end it felt a bit rushed in my opinion, especially with the whole revealing sky party scene. I was like “already?!?” But forgot it’s 8 episodes It was still a good drama with an interesting plot. Definitely would watch 2nd season (if it has one judging on the ending) but this kind of drama would’ve been better with more episodes like 16-18 at the most.
