I agree with @Sssnoopyy.....there are loophole, they cpuld.have made one ep extra or even have season 2 to clear this loophole out it will be better but as far now this ending is like viewer pov or leaving it pur imagination...this is what i think....i even wanted to know what happened to that mother in law too
The writers left it open emding...last scene shows their comfortableness with each other which wasnt there earlier. CJW told the ans that after her death, he loathed the auicide people so maybe continoued to live his life with regrets and anger and then reincarnated but he might have told director to lock his past life to get rid or close the wound of the past which he doesnt want to remember coz unbearable and being a grim reaper he might remember those times which may hamper his work as a grim reaper too....

Maybe its coz he said one of his ep he never slept properly and when he did it ended badly....his soul was wounded never PJG to give thought to wonder upon those noghtmare and we can see that it was recently when GR left he started expiriencing more nightmares so in which he saw GR and its weird to see her and it became frequent to him. Ig earlier time GR was with him,he actually never bothered or GR dream never came.....when she left him all his feelings came out for which he never knew why and troublesome behaviour start maybe.

Idk whats your serious genre story type but this is actually balance of all when the character needs to be funny they are and when its serious they are serious....the story isnt dragged what needs be to shown its shown....yes there is a ep or two where u might think its not needed but its ok....its bearable.....this drama is good one
For the first time and this is my first time to be actually waiting and watching a drama in its on going period. It was damn worth it. I have read people saying its rushed and everything bt for me...it wasnt....it left with satisfaction. True that i also wanted GR amd PJG to be together but thank god there wasnt hugging scene or somewhat but what they showed was good thats seemed real....if they had gotten together instant then it would have gone to cringe....i like how they know each others past....come to terms with it and slowly maybe 49 year and 2 months.....we might see them as couple...it was good open ending...atleast for me....thank god PJG revisiting his nightmare was short coz we watched a whole ep of it and it would be draggy and other imp parts of current scenario would be missed.
Rest i will say it in review. For me its 10/10, even with lots of rumours and downfalls reviews of this drama....still it delivered a wonderful journey for the viewers who might think like me....i enjoyed and it was worth of my time.

Ig GR knew his two past life, PJG killed 2 person coz of rumours in ep14 which already is a sin, then afer GR died he may gone to wrong track and may have died.
