MXL had met XXC( dagege/big brother) seven years ago ,the same day when SQ ambushed the moonlight heights . It was revealed during that one scene in earlier episodes that a dark clan member possessed XXC at this time that lead to him killing GXM dad. (I'm not sure if he was possessed by a dark clan member or if it was the present XXC, as in ep 28 it is shown that he has travelled back to this timeline.) hope this clarifies your doubt.

i think it is because he had acted as main lead or important characters in the past so is just added as a cameo role even though it is a support lead. maybe they might change it once the drama is over cause the same thing happened with the actress zhou yu tong in the drama In between. she was credited as a guest role and was only changed to a support role after the drama completely aired.
the same happend in the recent one too for another actress who played the FL friend in drama love song in the winter !

what kind of scheme is bai shou and fan yue doing?
clearly they are not stupid enough to follow the fox clan knowing they are cunning. or maybe they cracked a deal with a'bo?! as it is shown in the preview that bai shou found out or is in doubt that chang mei killed a'qi against his will that prompt him to become a vengeful spirit .so a'shou might use that to lure a'bo into spilling out every plan of chang mei?


what about mu jiu now? tain huo might really prefer fan Yue's life over anyone, even her self so is his sacrifice the only way? is that how we get the love contemplation?
the love comtemplation might be that of changmei-a'qi or tianhuo-a'jiu ??

i really don't want fuling to be later revealed as bai xi. It's truly gonna break bai shou as fuling was one of the reason for her dad's death and has done every bad deeds through out. (as bai shou has always been anticipating her sister's arrival and even the favour she is trying to repay to jing yuan is also for saving her sister.) It would be better for fuling not to be the sister and just get her redemption arc based on her love for chong zhao, even though only her sacrifice or something equivalent to that can truly give her the redemption.
