if you’re sad about this ending I can’t recommend the novel enough!!!!!!! it’s so sweet and Jiang Tian & Sheng Wang get the happy ending they deserve this isn’t the end of their story and the novel might help with the heartbreak of how the show ended, especially now that a season 2 isnt likely to happen T-T

I was thinking the same also scared to comment on it omg T-T I literally finished catching up on it too and I dont know if I'll continue for the hell of it or drop it since I'm not really feeling the story/characters. I agree as well, the fits are gorgeous and the budget seems apparent at times but with how long we spent waiting, the plot itself and the characters feel shallow and underwhelming... sigh
