Err. I was travelling and then I went on YouTube and watched a movie. I didn't know it was Korean. Thought it was Chinese, there were subs so I watched it. I liked it and then I looked for more stuff like that came around Flower Boy Ramyun Shop.
Then looked up more Korean Dramas. That's how.

Before that I already knew about Anime and I knew about some Asian bands.
So it wasn't a completely new experience.
