Anyone here also likes the "Killing" song? LOL. I looked up the Ever Night soundtrack list, it's titled "Take…
Many countries have old folk songs like this, cheerful tune but dark lyrics (or very obscene lyrics). That's some excellent worldbuilding from the writer, even making up folk songs for the world.
Miss Sherlock definitely ought to have a second season. I'm not sure what you mean about BBC-lock, though. Everything was based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's canon, including the dramatic ending.
For Bleach, I feel like the Soul Society arc would be much harder to translate to live action, though I'm curious to see how they handle it if they do.
I don't understand Ming Hui? Like she hates Lan Zhi for killing her lover but like doesn't really want to kill…
Yeah, her character is all over the place. It's frustrating, because she could be an interesting case of conflicting feelings and loyalties, but instead she's just... a mess. And not in a good way LOL
Let's not sugarcoat things, his manner of death was cruel, yes, but as per Lady Hyegyong's Memoirs, he was also an extremely violent man who murdered and raped palace staff left and right.
Ok I see a lot of comment about this drama being funny but beside that what? How is the acting? how is the plot?…
At this point I'm not sure what the plot is other than the female lead gets stuck in time loops until she manages to prevent the male lead from dying in various comical ways. Romance so far in nonexistent, aside Gong Myung's character having a crush on the female lead. (I'd prefer there to be no romance between the leads but I guess that's bound to happen.) IMHO, Baek Jin Hee is wonderful in her role, and Kang Ji Hwan is gratingly annoying, which is what he's supposed to be, so that works. Aside for the comedy, it touches on some more serious and deeper issues related to working life.
Is it really that big of a deal if a celebrity dates. Like they should stay single forever just because they're…
A lot of it has to do with image. Like when Yoona and Lee Seung Gi were dating it was generally received well because they both have a clean image. In this drama Yoo Young has a pure image but Jae Min is known to be trash, so it ruins the image people have of her. Of course it's bs, celebrities' private lives should be their own business and no one else's, but the reality in SK pretty much matches the drama. A lot of people also really don't care though, but angry netizens and trash journalism thrive on these things.
