The Prince (ML) grew up being a sick boy, a pampered boy by his mother and the King. He was so sickly as a boy that his mother had him locked up for twelve years. Momma tried to take good care of him being a widow, so the Prince is lacking his father figure. So you can see where his mannerisms come from. He has a good heart and you see everyone takes advantage of that including his three female companions, for starters. He is compassionate. Hey he's a fashion designer, he makes his own clothes and of his female companions. He likes to be with his friends in the brothels but not in any brothel but the best ones. His presence there as royalty and his performance brings in clients. He drinks and doesn't remember what he did the next day. He's a party boy. He's a brat. He's a good looking (pretty boy) and a great performer enticing everyone that sees him. His life will change when he meets a certain someone.
I viewed this movie wanting to see my friend Jang Hyuk perform. His all or none attitude and cold demeanor, striking. He doesn't kid himself about the life he lives and where it's taking him. He's going with his eyes wide open. He has moves.
Great production. The action amazing. I follow Jang Hyuk so I picked this one up and just saw the korean version of "Dirty Harry" and "John Wick". Kudos!
